  1. Have a visual indicator to show when a job file hasn't been updated recently.

    Some flag (visible in the Job List) to indicate a job that hasn't been updated in several days.

    I.E. - A green dot to show an updated job, a yellow if it hasn't been updated (whether journal note, task, etc) in a couple days, and a red flag if the job has gone several days without attention.
