Allow different email and phone on job
I would like to see an additional email and phone number in the jobs. Some jobs under a contact might have a different person of contact from other jobs. Example of this would be, we are currently dealing with a large property management company that pays the bills, but has 3 managers that are in control of a certain amount of buildings. I would like to be able to leave the primary contact as the property management company with their information and then be able to put the specific managers info in the jobs for direct communication with them. Have a visual indicator to show when a job file hasn't been updated recently.
Some flag (visible in the Job List) to indicate a job that hasn't been updated in several days.
I.E. - A green dot to show an updated job, a yellow if it hasn't been updated (whether journal note, task, etc) in a couple days, and a red flag if the job has gone several days without attention.

When configured to use jobs, limit what entities can be attached to a customer
We need the option to disallow creating, financials, attachments, etc when JobNimbus is configured to use Jobs.
When a customer record is selected, it should only show the list of jobs related to the customer and have the ability to create a new job.
We often have salesmen attach documents and financial info the the customer record instead of the appropriate Job. You can't move them, so it is delete and redo.

Restrict Moving Job out of Certain Statuses (Protected Statuses)
- Is there a way to restrict a team member from pulling a job out of a status with in the workflow. For example if our simple work flow is lead – contract – permit – production – invoicing. Can we make it so only one person or Access profile can pull job out of the permit status regardless of where they place it (forward / backward / skip ahead). We want to make sure things aren’t being forced ahead until a specific task is completed.

Keep Pictures in order
The pictures need to be able to move around and put in a certain order. As a veteran adjuster most adjusters put pictures in a certain order. Front elevation, right elevation, rear elevation, left elevation, roof, interior. This will make every file the same and can send pictures to adjusters and they can follow much easier.

Create SubFolders for Jobs
It would be great if we could create subfolders under jobs so that photos and documents can be placed in each of the subfolders.
For instance, we get a project for renovating 10 apartments. We call the project ABC apartments and under that we need to be able to create subfolders, one for each apartment so the pics and docs are easily separated.

Email field for Job
Have the Job template information to include email. That way when an automation is trigger it will send to that email that is associated to the job as well as related contacts

Populate address when creating a job on the mobile app
On the new mobile app, when we create a job under a contact, the contact's address does not populate on the job like it does on the web app. We would like the address to populate instead of having to manually enter it every time we add a job under a contact.

Searchable field for Insurance Clam #
It would be so very helpful to have a searchable field dedicated to Insurance Claim # (We receive a myriad of calls from Insurance Companies, who only leave the claim # when they call and leave voice mail messages. Would help tremendously to be able to search by the claim # so we can locate a file much more quickly :-) Thank you!

Ability to rearrange or move the tabs under a Job/Contact
I would like the ability to rearrange the tabs under Jobs/Contacts. The first tab that you see is Activity as a default, but I want to see Job Tasks first. If we could move all of the tabs around to be in order of importance for us, that would be great.

Navigation within a Job
When I open a Job that contains Tasks and Subtasks, it would be very useful if there was a back arrow or a hyperlink path that you can click on to navigate up one or more levels.

Days since last contact
It would be very advantageous to have a Days Since Last Contact displayed on a job. That way any sales manager does not need to go into a job to look for the last email, text, or call made. It could simply be displayed on the job card or below the days in status stat. Having something stay in a status for a longer period of time is ok as long as a sales person is staying in touch with the homeowner or business owner. But right now I can't really track that stat and can't find a good way…

Be able to add notes, and schedule
Whenever creating a contact/job being able to add a note and tag the salesman from that screen, also being able to schedule at the same time so when you save the job everything is done. Instead of saving the job still having to go add a note then having to still go under task to schedule.

Ability to Change Job Status in the List
In the list under "jobs", I would like to be able to change the status directly in the list instead of clicking on the 3 dots to change the status.

Add related contact to job without all of the related contact's previous emails being posted on your new job.
I have a board with all of my suppliers on it as contacts. When I create a new job, I would like to be able to add the supplier I will be using for this customer as a related contact and only see emails to and from this supplier that are relevant to the job I have just created.

In JOB: Work Order tab to create report, to add custom columns, to have ALL Main Tabs as shortcut within the WO
In Work Order tab:
To customize the columns (trying to keep the same start date, which is the only one showing, but using the end date to reflect the progress (using the status changes, e. g. Start status: 7/1, In-Progress status: 7/3, Completed status: 7/5) therefore we can use the Start & End dates to create Gantt chart.
To have the feature to download the work orders as csv. file to have a custom report per Contact or Job.
Once editing and saving a WO, the page will go to the section within the WO itself, there is no way…

Auto Create Jobs
When a Contact reaches a certain stage , say verbal agreement, allow for JN to auto create Job Object. Other CRMs have this with their respective objects. Would help office staff.

Custom Auto-Generated Job Name
we can set a template for the jobid for generation, but the actual job name is not customizable and only carries over the customer name. For instance, our company has had a project naming system that included contract details and address details in the jobid. We will be taking away that now, but our job names would look like Smith Project 22-06123-D4 or Wick (Main) Project 22-06321, Main referencing the street they live on, the numbers 321 in the JobID being the street number.
The main reason for including the JobID in the name is we may have multiple projects…
