Remove/Change the "Assigned Default" when creating the Job/Contact
Have the option to remove or change the "assigned default" name when creating a contact. Right now when I create a Contact it defaults me as the assigned person.

Default "Shadow Text" in Fields
Allow admin to create a default light colored "shadow text" that populates in fields to suggest the information or format that should be input.
Example: a Job is asked to be entered as CUSTOMERLASTNAME-REPINITIALMMYY DOE-MA0222

"Related contact" vs "add contact" in jobs
Ability to add a "related contact" to a job without having to "edit" the job instead of "add contact" (which doesn't even attach to the job) that is currently an option under the 3 dots in jobs.

Built in field for inspection date and time

Create New Job under existing Customer via Email
Similar to how you can send an email to JobNimbus today to add things to an a job. I would like to be able to include in my subject line something like [Customer#1234,Job#NEW] and a new job be create under that customer. I would need to have a created field template or required sync edit to make sure all my required or unique fields are populated but it would save time when I am getting estimates request or repeat work from the same customer.

Same Name
I have 2 separate customers with the same first and last name. It won't let me add the second customer because it says I have a duplicate entry even though everything else is different. Please allow same Display names for contacts and jobs

Assigning a New Contact
I would love to be able to customize what is included in the email to the assigned sales rep when they get this notification from Job Nimbus. We currently utilize the notes section for important information and it would be really nice if I could have this note appear in the initial email to the sales rep.

Flag contact/job records when they have open tickets in a specific status
We have a workflow and board for customer service jobs and our people need to know that a customer service ticket is open before calling a contact, so we'd like to have a red dot or a flag appear next to their contact and job name so we can always know when they have an open ticket. We need it to appear on their contact and jobs so that we can always know they have a ticket open from anywhere in JobNimbus.

Custom Equations for Custom Fields
We use custom fields to track RCV, ACV, Deposits, Debits, and more. We would liek to create another field that can create an equations. For example, RCV - ACV - Deposits = Outstanding Balance.

Move Boards Around, Create more flexibility
On the board view, have the ability to move boards around and sort them out in sections.
For example, when you are on the Contacts page in board view, say you have 10 boards but all the boards are lined up next to each other like sentences in a paragraph creating 2 lines of boards.Would like the ability to be able to move these boards around so he can have 4 or 5 lines (or sections)

Search box delimits Board view to only the characters entered
When you start typing, only letter combinations appear for the names of the contacts below. Perhaps you could extend the search to notes in cards as well. I.E. if you typed in John, anything with "John" would show up in the contacts/cards below such as John, Johnathan, Johnny, Johnie...

In boards, sort cards in columns with subheadings using tags
In Boards- Have the ability to organize cards inside the columns with subheadings.

Notify salesperson when they are removed from contact or job
When a person is removed or changed from a contact or job they should be notified of the change so things don't slip through the cracks.

Custom fields open more fields when filled
It would save a lot of space to be able to have custom fields where, if selected, they would open up other custom fields. But if not selected they would be hidden.
