  1. I do not like the new job experience

    The new jobs board is confusing and hard to maneuver. For example if an email was sent from the contact and not the job it's not showing in the activity to reply or view. Also everything is moved and all over the place no longer organized

  5. Email feature needs a significant update

    There are several corrections and improvements that should be made with email feature. One thing I noticed that can make any company look unorganized and needs to be addressed immediately is if you have 2 or more contacts listed and connected to a job, when you create an invoice and choose from the job contacts who it goes to, then email it to that same contact - it still pulls the "primary contact" info!

    Also, make email signatures per user a thing!

  6. Merge and Move Jobs

    It would be very helpful if I had the ability to move a job from one contact to another. We recently had a QB syncing issue and had to create a new contact in JN in order to sync. We had to manually download all the notes, documents, financials, etc from all 3 of the customer's jobs. Then make new jobs under the new customer, and manually add all the notes and documents and photos back in. I had to pay my office manager to spend an entire day on this project.

  7. Jobs on Calendar Multiple Weeks

    For our roofing company for Tile and Metal jobs we do them in phases, so we have been having to create 2 separate jobs and it is screwing everything up. We would ideally be able to have ONE job that you can include multiple days/weeks on the calendar.

    Example: Have it show for 8/18/25 - 8/20/25 then that same job back on the calendar for 9/2/25 - 9/5/25. That way it doesn't mess up our payroll or notes or anything and it all makes sense as to what happened with this job.

  10. Sales Rep Signature for Estimate

    I’d like to suggest adding a feature that allows a sales representative or company representative to also sign estimates within the platform. Currently, only the customer has the ability to sign the estimate, but it would be helpful and more professional to have the ability for someone from our team to counter-sign the document once the customer signs.

    This would create a more complete and official agreement and improve accountability and documentation on both sides.

    Under status change have a pop up window to make comments - example one of our staus is pre -walk - would be great if we could add notes here instead of everything going into activity feed

  13. Creating new jobs

    The new way of adding jobs doesn't allow for the choosing of zip code and the city popping up anymore. I feel like that went backwards

    When I select a contact, it already has a salesman selected for it. However, when the job gets created, it doesn't pull that salesman into the job. It has to be selected again. Again, I feel like that went backwards

    Sometimes I have to email invoices to a project manager AND a main accounting email. I suggest having a multiple email option for a contact.

  14. Ability to Adjust Default View of Tasks on the New Jobs Experience

    When navigating to a job in the New Jobs Experience and selecting the "Tasks" option, it defaults to show me "All" and I would like to be able to choose which one it defaults to instead. In this case, I want "Incomplete" to be visible first.

  15. Navigate to "Contacts" Page instead of "Home" Page after Contact Deletion

    When I delete a contact either on the contact list page (https://app.jobnimbus.com/contactlist), or a specific contact itself (https://app.jobnimbus.com/contact/ID), it takes me back to the home page instead of back to the list of contacts. This can be frustrating if I want to delete multiple contacts as I have to navigate back.

  16. Why did you remove the Job name from the Job card?

    Why remove the job name from the card on the right? Now I can only see it in the overview. It used to be there above the address. Please please please change it back, that's massively annoying when I have a bunch of tabs pulled up and trying to find a specific job.
    Side note: thank you for making the job card collapsible - definite improvement.

  17. Private Notes Easily Identified in website

    In the Activity Tab of a job, in the notes: If a note has been marked as "Private," the note in the web based version does not show any indication of that note being private (the phone based app does show these as private). The website version of JobNimbus needs this clarification as well. We currently have to click on "Edit" just to see that the note is or is not Private.

  18. Bring back the "Work Order" tab on Contacts

    Bring back the "Work Order" tab on Contacts. If you have a contact with a hundred jobs it is not easy to see which ones might have work order that needs to be completed. As it is now set up, we have to cycle through all the jobs to see which ones are in a status we've created called "work order created". Not a good solution if the contact had 10 pages of jobs.   19. allow seperate contacts for jobs

    when creating a job, you should be able to add seperate contacts. When we use a contractor they generally have differetn project managers and salesman and we have to manually add emails and phone numbers and scroll to find their info.

  20. Organize Data By Address

    We need a way to organize our data by address. A proposed way to do this while keeping the current system of organization, is to offer a 2nd way to view our data and even integrate it with 3rd parties (such as hail tracking programs): At the top where you have Home, Jobs, Calendar... there can be another header called Addresses.
