  2. Eagleview Property Data Widget

    On the job dashboard the eagleview property data widget is not available on the mobile app. I was just at a new customers house looking at roof damage and, when I created the job, I realized there is nowhere on the mobile app to view the sqft, pitch and # of squares. This is where the information is critical. In the field, in a customers living room, where the closing happens! Face to face interaction is always your best opportunity to close a deal.     JobNimbus Feedback (Contacts + Jobs)

    Main issue: JobNimbus feels person-first instead of company-first, which doesn’t match how commercial roofing actually works.

    Key frustrations you flagged:

    Companies feel like a secondary field, almost an afterthought

    The platform seems built around one-off residential customers, not corporate accounts

    There are too few places to properly attach or emphasize a company name

    Commercial users often need multiple contacts under one company (PMs, AP, supervisors, owners)

  4. Larger photos with descriptions on the work orders

    I would love to have the ability to add larger photos to my work orders. The crews cannot tell what is going on using the small photos and cannot give a description, would like to see it similar to the "Estimates"
    They could possibly print on a separate page if needed.

  6. Add "Edit Contact" to three dots at the header of the job record.

    It was nice in the old layout when I could edit straight from the header section instead of having to click into the contact (thus opening a new window - taking more time)

  7. Option to upload cover photo for job directly in main dashboard

    It would be nice if the pop up that opens when pressing "select Photo" in the main job dashboard, would give the option to upload a new photo directly. Currently I have to navigate to the photo tab upload then go back to main dashboard and click another pop up where I can then select the photo.

  8. Estimate Status Column on Job Listings Under Contact

    We have different customers like builders, property managers, real estate agents, insurance agents, etc. that have multiple active jobs open in various stages of estimating and job progression. It would be nice to be able to add a column onto the jobs dashboard under the customer for not just job status but estimate status as well. It would give better visibility into whether or not an estimate is being drawn up, was sent out already, or was never made w/o having to rely on reps to update statuses (b/c they're not great at that) or having to go into each…

  10. Note Differentiation for Shared Jobs

    There should be a difference between the notes that customers are able to leave on the shared job profile vs the notes that are currently able to be created. They are left under the profile name that the link was originally sent from. If a customer leaves a note, it does not say it is from "the customer" it says the username. This is making it confusing for both the customer and our office about who left the note.

  12. Invoice Due Date Custom Field on Boards

    Ability to add invoice due date on custom fields on job board. that way when i open the kanban board i can quickly see upcoming due dates without having to open the job card and the invoice section.

  13. Contact information for builders/gc/buisnesses

    When adding a new contact in the new experience, it asks you to type the contact's 'First Name/Company' to search for them, but if they're new and you need to add them as a new contact, you wouldn't put the Company Name up there, you need to go down and expand 'Other Info' tab and put the company name there. It's also very inconvenient that you can't change the contact display name while you're adding it.   14. Related Contact types for Insurance companies, Adjusters, and Permitting Jurisdictions

    In our workflows, we frequently need to associate the same contact with multiple jobs. Examples include insurance carriers, individual adjusters, and city or county permitting offices. While JobNimbus allows a contact to be linked to multiple jobs, all activity, documents, and correspondence tied to that contact currently appear across every associated job. This creates clutter in job activity feeds and makes it difficult to determine which communication belongs to which job.

  15. Custom Job Field Separators

    Create sub categories or box separators so that may be roof details like shingle type . color, warranty,; is separate from insurance details such as policy number , claim number, carrier name , etc. Sure we can reorder then around, but it would be nice to group them together. One might suggest to take it a bit farther. I have read someone else suggestion to make certain groups or subcategories only available to certain users and applicable to their job responsibilities

    Is there a plan to add a built in building permit tracking feature directly within jobs?

    Permits are currently tracked using notes, tasks, or custom fields, which is inefficient and increases the risk of missed steps and delays.

    Key features that would be valuable:

    Dedicated permit section within each job

    Standard statuses such as Draft, Applied, Pulled, Posted, Inspection Scheduled, and Complete

    Permit number, municipality, key dates, and document uploads

    Ability to assign responsibility

    Inspection type tracking for jobs requiring multiple inspections

  17. Add Assignee on Created Contacts from New Jobs Shell

    When creating a contact on the New Jobs Shell from the right side menu bar when selecting "New Related Contact", it allows you to input information, but there is no field for the assignee or sales rep. When the contact is created by a limited access user, they cannot see the contact they have just created if the workflow is set for "Assignees" only. This does not occur for the legacy contact creation nor new contact creation from the navigation bar.

    Sometimes jobs have more than one adjuster (claim handler, Inside Tech Reviewer, Field Adjuster, Desk Adjuster, etc) and it would be nice to have more fields for these contacts

  19. Abbreviate Auto-Filled Address like Google Maps does

    Fewer characters is always better. Every single one of our contacts and jobs have an abbreviated address copying the ways of Google: N instead of North ; Ave instead of Avenue ; Cir instead of Circle ... Please continue this formatting in your automatic address filling or make it optional to turn on auto fill, leaving only the auto fill of the city based on the manually entered zip code.

    This consistency is important for accurate and efficient search results.

  20. Job Description pull-down window expansion

    We use the Job Description for every job. We type notes regarding all job and job point of contact details and often print the job page for the crew workers and estimators. While these notes are not always extensive, often they are and being able to pull down the corner to expand the typing window is crucial. We need to make sure those notes are efficient, spaced properly, and easy to read for both managers and crew workers on the job.
