Edit a Quote/Estimate after sent and Signature Required
We bid many jobs out in a week and a lot of job due to being in just the bidding stage of things, do not have all the information required until a later date. (Such as the color of the product they chose or in need of an address, etc.) But if we require it to be signed if approved and we get that back and do not receive the detail info yet needed to add to the estimate until a later date, now we can not add that missing info to it. Update Workflow Email Not showing which Job It Pertains To
When we receive the email stating that:
Thu 4/18/2024 9:01 AM Estimate signed for OR Document signed for Customer Name, Update status in workflow & continue to jobs next stepWe need it to show for which job that it is referring to that was signed and/or a way to click on the email and it bring you to the job it is referring to, to change the status for. Currently if you have a customer with many jobs you have to hunt for which one the email is stating was signed and sent back! Not efficient.

I want to be able to see all of our jobs pinned on Google maps in JobNimbus
I want to be able to see all our jobs on Google maps in JobNimbus. Sometimes homeowners request to see recent new roofs that we have completed that are nearby their home, but sometimes we don't know what the closest job is for them to drive by and see the new roof. Having a homeowner be able to see one our new roofs in real life is awesome, we send people to our recently completed jobs all the time, it works all the time when trying to close a new customer.

Enter any "Amount" in Estimates and it Recalculates "Mark-up", while keeping QTY to # specified.
We would like to be able to enter a dollar amount of our choice in an estimate, under the "Amount" area, along with keeping the correct quantity in footage and it triggers the markup and price to go according to what we entered. Currently, we can not enter anything in the amount area at all, keep our footage of Qty, and it automatically adjusts the markup and the price based off what we decide to enter. ALL CONTACTS/EMAILS TIED TO JOBS, ESTIMATES, INVOICES, ETC. AUTOMATICALLY
When making a "Job" have ALL contacts/emails from the main contact be tied to the job. I can not remember each companies departments contact/email to have to add this manually each time. As we need to send our bid's, invoices, and emails to separate departments on a regular basis. These should automatically be options tied from the main account to the jobs, estimate, proposal, invoice, etc as an option to choose from.

Auto-save once an Estimate is started so you don't lose the work if the system glitch.

Restrict Access to some profiles from editing contacts & jobs main information
We would like to be able to have our repair technicians see only the information needed for their current jobs and contacts, but not be able to edit or delete the information. They should still be able to leave notes, email, and upload pictures or documents. they should not be able to view any contacts or jobs that they are not assigned to.

Sort leads from customers
I would like a better way to sort leads from customers. I think having a field for the stage on the contact page so that only the statuses that are in that stage show up on the list of statuses.

Need a way to move Contact Info into a Job
It would sure be nice if there was a MOVE TO JOB option for things like Estimates, Invoices, documents and Photos that were placed in a Contaact instead of a Job The drop down list would show existing jobs for the customer and the option to create a new job if the one you need to move it to doesn't exist.

Being able to delete multiple photos at once, instead of one at a time
When will we have the ability to be able to delete multiple photos at once? It seems like a basic function. Keep an open mind?
We would love that, because all to often I will upload 100 of the wrong kind, and then I have to drudgely delete 100 .....one at a time. Lol, would love a work around.

Required Field When Moving a Job to Lost
When changing the status of a job to Lost, I would like a way to require it to give a reason why from a predetermined drop-down list.

Note Section in Job Details
Can you add a note section above the job number where we can put special instructions like:
We are supplying materials
Lockbox code
Need to bring extra ladder

Add a color wheel to the calendar and let us color the task different colors vs the assignee for important jobs or other important things going on other than just the color of the person assigned. Lick you can in Goggle Calendar. We would love to be able to color tasks and jobs with any color needed.

Contact Workflow Visibility with Jobs V2
I would like to be able to make my contact workflows visible by "assignees" only while using Jobs V2, but currently this is not an option as there is no field to add the assignee when creating a contact with Jobs V2.

Secondary Contact and Job Calling Option
Have a Secondary Contact option within the Job and the ability to One-Click Call them from the app. Having the contact's names next to each phone number would also be very helpful in this scenario.
