70 votesWe want to officially support Change Orders soon, but in the meantime most JobNimbus customers are using Work Orders to manage this work. As for folders, you can vote for that specific feature here: http://jobnimbus.uservoice.com/forums/136212-general/suggestions/6066331-folders-for-attachments Alternatively, you can use File Types to act as “folders” for your attachments. You can manage your file types by going to Settings > File Types and setting different ones, essentially what would be “Folders”, and then you can use those “folder” names (or file types) to filter your Attachments list based on those “folders”. It actually works pretty well if you have it set up right. Deneen

commentedThis would be helpful so we don't have to open the invoice to see the due date. Deneen

commentedI created a "On Hold" status and move those job to that status on the board to be able to go back to them at a later date.

Direct email signatures per user from their profile is still on our development list but this is a great workaround in the meantime. Deneen

commentedSome customers have multiple jobs, so posting to the specific job would be helpful. Only posting in the contact activity log leads to just run on conversations with no reference to what job and no idea to what it is referring. I currently have a customer who is also a sub-contractor, so his contractor conversations are showing up along next to his job conversations. It's a mess. Deneen

When there is more than one contact on a job, you should be able to text both of them in a group text in Engage.
