Would this be for providing emphasis on certain products/services, or certain aspects of products/services? Do you have examples that you could share with us, or specific cases where this would be useful?

Lots of ongoing work around new sales experience, a sidebar for job/contact details, board improvements, and more.

An error occurred while saving the comment Bill Thomas commentedI totally agree. In terms of the New Sales Experience where JN and SQ now meet, the Unit of Measure is needed just to properly select which Product and Service to use. You have a quantity staring you in the face but you don't know what quantity is, Boxes, Packs, Squares?
We do extremely detailed templates/quotes because it easier to convert them to material lists, work orders, and invoices. This saves a great deal of time not having to back track and recreate things from the ground up for every conversion. But in order to continue this in the new integrated product, we need that Unit of Measure field.
If we don't get it, then I'm going to have to revisit every product and service and include the Unit of Measure in the description. One step forward, two steps back.

There isn’t a way to require a deposit at this time on the estimate, but you can add it as a line item and that will help in the meantime until we have more native support of this feature.
We’ll keep you posted!

We want to officially support Change Orders soon, but in the meantime most JobNimbus customers are using Work Orders to manage this work.
As for folders, you can vote for that specific feature here: http://jobnimbus.uservoice.com/forums/136212-general/suggestions/6066331-folders-for-attachments
Alternatively, you can use File Types to act as “folders” for your attachments. You can manage your file types by going to Settings > File Types and setting different ones, essentially what would be “Folders”, and then you can use those “folder” names (or file types) to filter your Attachments list based on those “folders”. It actually works pretty well if you have it set up right.

Especially in the NSE. Adding custom PDF's, all with a specific style can add some real kick to a quote. But when it's contrasted against a plain vanilla "Custom Text Page" or one of the static elements of the quote that you can't change, it really detracts from the overall consistency of the quote. It's difficult to achieve a Corporate Brand across estimates and the like without this ability to add more visual attributes to general text entities.
