Profile - Settings - Default Field Value
Under the Default Field Values of a Job Nimbus user profile, can we please have 'Job - Lead Source' as a Default?
Use Case: In the field I have ambassadors taking leads by putting jobs straight into the CRM. with appointment dates.
Job - Lead Source - would need to default to that entire team as "events" as a source we use for all field booked appointments.Would like the same drop down list of "Contact - Lead Source" to be Job - Lead Source as our field team builds a job with appointment, that the Contact Center then sets…

Add cost layers like shipping and delivery charges in the products and services section.
A way to add cost layers like shipping and delivery charges in the products and services section.
Example: "We ship brick into our yard and that's one cost, then we ship it out on our own trucks locally which is another cost. We would like to be able to add those types of line items to get to our total delivered cost with markup included"

Restrict view of cost on work orders
I want users to be able to view Work Orders, but not view the cost breakdown when pulling up the work order from the Financials tab. Ultimately I only want them to view the PDF copy the customers see.

Change Time that Daily Task Reminders are Emailed
Change Time that Daily Task Reminders are Emailed
I get the daily task reminders emailed to my inbox every day. For some reason, it is sent at 3AM every day. Is there any option to change the time they are delivered? One of our salesmen keeps his notifications on, and was getting woken up in the middle of the night...... See the image below showing how early in the morning they send these notifications.

Settings - Assigned to in Automations
Add assigned to category in the automations settings. When someone leaves or quits I have to click through every automation to adjust and view to see who is assigned. If the assigned to category was there I could quickly see what automations need to be adjusted with a new employee or one leaving.

Automatically Assign contacts or jobs to a user
Automatically assign a contact or job to a JobNimbus user based on workflow status. For example assign Robb as the assigned rep when the status changes to "schedule appointment".

Admin Access
Admin access should be controlled separately and not tied to giving someone "all access" to all jobs and contacts.

Option to Turn off Automatic Assignees, or to Tailor them
I'm sure it makes sense for some companies... but automatic contact/job assignee updates messes up our custom automations sometimes. It would be great if there was an option to turn that function off

Subcontractor Settings
Our company does not share detailed client information with our subcontractors. I don’t see any reason that a subcontractor would need a paid seat (at least not at the same level as company employees) because the functions necessary would be so limited, but that seems to be only only way to tailor access to information or send them calendar invites.
It would be cool if there was a role specifically for Subcontractors in Team settings. Theoretically, the subcontractor would only need access to THEIR profile, and THEIR calendar with only the information that we want them to see.

Automations- Need to be able to Filter based on Split Invoice Due Dates
Originally, we had planned to use automations to help keep our customers reminded of their invoice due dates for deposits and final payments. We're running into the issue of the same automations triggering for both invoice dates. It would be nice to have an option to filter conditions between the two, so that I can reference a deposit vs a final payment in automated text and email communications.

Conditional Logic for Required Fields
Not sure of category...
Currently we are able to mark Contact Fields as Required.
The issue is that it is all or nothing.
Would like to be able to use conditional logic to assign these as needed, not on all clients or stages.Examples:
If a client is moved to a sold status, a sale date would be required.
If lead source equals Referral, referring individuals name and email would be required. These are specific instances, but this would be useful across industries.

Consider that Automations are probably only managed by one person on each team
I'm not sure what strategy is used to sort through these suggestions or decide how they are implemented, but I think some consideration should be taken for the fact that there is probably a limited number of people from each company/client that is going to be leaving suggestions here.
It seems like maybe these suggestions get bypassed in lue of ones that have more votes, but you're more likely to see that 6 votes probably means 6 companies as a whole... our guys in the field don't have the time to upvote every suggestion that we leave, but they are…

Folders or Ability to Reorder Automations
That way you can clearly see, and edit when necessary, all of the steps within a process and know that you have them all there.
