  3. Automatic Job Creation or Warning Pop-Up

    With some users utilizing the Job Module, I would like to see the ability to either, have a Feature that you can turn on or off that allows Automatic Job Creation, the ability to create an Automation that allows a Job to be Added when a Contact is Created, Modified, or Created or Modified, or, a Warning Pop up that a Job is being created without a Related Contact. I see it working one of three ways, as follows:

    1. If Automatic Job Creation is turned "On" it would automatically create a new job the way a job is added today…

    Would like to be able to trigger Automations when a specific Template is used; notifies our admins of new proposals, etc.

  6. Time-Based Automation for Estimates

    We send out/hand deliver estimates all the time. We would like to be able to automate time-based automation for them based on whether they have been accepted or declined. Right now JN does not allow us to automate based on the Status of the estimate, which seems so simple. For example, automate a task to check in with your customer 3 days after the estimate was delivered. And maybe another one 10 days later.

    It would be beneficial if we could rearrange the order that our locations are listed. Much the same way you can rearrange statuses by dragging & dropping.

    With automations; it'd be beneficial to be able to include a condition that would trigger if a note is NOT left on a job or contact record after a certain period of time.

  9. Grouping Products and Services

    Would like to see the option for Service Packages included in Settings. This would enable us to have a simpler option for Estimate building and Budget creation as opposed to the lengthy process of adding each individual Product/Service; this would more appropriately serve the way we currently operate

  12. Change email address that receives subscription notices

    Create a way to change the email address that receives subscription renewal receipts, rather than only having the option adjust access profile settings accordingly. This way, there is no need to add a specific team member just for the subscription settings/info to be linked to.

  14. Assign To as a possible Action is Automations

    Would like to see the option to assign team members, ie production manager to a job at a specified stage or status. This would go in tandem with how email replies are associated with Assignees. I would like my production manager to automatically receive emails for a job when it enters Production.

  18. Automate updating Custom Fields values

    Would like to see this as an option in order to help with accommodating work arounds with Automations, ie updating a custom field for EagleView having been order if I add a Boolean field .

  19. Maintain existing workflow on parent records when an automation with multiple status change actions on it gets triggered

    Improve automation action capabilities so that two or more status change actions that occur in different workflows can exist on the same automation, without them conflicting and some times changing the Contact Type or Job Type of the parent contact or job record to a different workflow.

  20. Automation to check for Null options in conditions

    In my automations I want to check when a field goes from NULL to an available option. For example, I want to check when a shingle color is selected, a drip edge color selected to trigger the next status of "Order Material". I need to be able to set as a condition "shingle color NOT EQUAL TO NULL" and "drip edge color NOT EQUAL TO NULL". Right now there isn't a way to set up this condition in my automation.
