Tasks would feel more like tasks rather than calendar inputs. Syncing task to google calendar tasks
The jobnimbus calendar could be clearer. Google Calendar is the preferred method because of its more user-friendly formatting. Tasks created in jobnimbus should be presented as tasks within the google calendar, not appointments on the calendar unless a specific time has been assigned for the task.

Pre-Set Templates
We have a set of templates that we need for each job. Things that need to happen every time a customer is signed.

Disable drag option on calendar
I would like an option to disable the "drag and drop" feature with the calendar. Sometimes tasks get moved inadvertently this way and it messes everything up.

Ability to keep tasks visible after marking complete
It would great to be able to keep certain tasks visible to specific assignees even when its marked complete by one of the users instead of it disappearing.

Overlapping Appointments
Would like to be able to prevent other users from creating "overlapping" tasks when scheduling appointments for our inspector. Ultimately we would like to be able to generate a link that we can send out to all our sales reps that will show our inspectors schedule so they can ONLY schedule available time slots.

Convert an existing task to a sub task/assign a parent task
Instead of having to delete an existing task and recreate it as a sub task, it would be very helpful to be able to select a parent task in the edit window.

Deleting Tasks within Google Calendsr
Make deleting bulk tasks simpler. Right now, you have to create a task report and filter out the ones you want to delete by using the title filter. However, spelling, punctuation, and letter size have to be exact. There has to be a simpler way.
It would be great to be able to delete the task off my google calendar and have that sync up and have it delete it off my JN calendar.

Calendar View
When logos utilize the start and end date option that's listed under "creating a contact./job". In doing so it creates a long line throughout their calendar daily and they aren't able to see the days on the calendar. They would like to be able to see the days and have it be more easier to read. Right now it's jumbled and looks confusing to view when you have multiple contacts/jobs listed.

calendar task
when I'm in calendar view, and I click on the "task" that is scheduled, I have to scroll to the top of the screen to find the pop-up window that opens up. It would be great to not have to do that. Just have it to the side when I click on it.

Items in my Cale
Items in your personal calendar, outside of JN should not auto create themselves as tasks in JN. Any item I list in my Calander like "Doctors Appt" should not pop up as a task I than need to complete.

reinstate tasks / task function into contacts view
Full task function - creating, viewing, managing - used to be visible / accessible in the primary Contact view but has been removed. Do not understand why, but I need to regularly create and manage tasks without a job. Need to be able to see these and do this without additional navigation. (It used to be just that simple.) Please reinstate.

View financials on Calendar. Display options on calendar similar to boards
I would like to view my financials on the calendar. I have a certain sales goal I try to schedule for each day and it would be helpful to see it on the calendar. Right now I have a job scheduled board where the job cards display the latest financials (estimate and invoice) but it’s difficult to switch back and forth when I’m trying to schedule jobs.

autopopulate
Currently when starting an email, it won't auto-populate subcontractors emails unless I'm on my phone app. Please provide for this to pop up so we don't have to toggle back and forth.

Edit History
Stage 1 (super easy)
Simple text only *(edited @time by @user) history log would be helpful.Stage 2
Could make Edit history (only shows if true) expandable to show the history of changes.Could roll out Edit history across other features as well if relevant - this helps companies maintain transparency which would be appreciated.

Contact Start Date - Visible on Calendar
The contact date now shows up on project tiles on Nimbus Boards which is great. However, we aren't able to use this feature as our way of project scheduling because this field doesn't show up on calendar. Don't want to have to duplicate entry of entering start date on contact's page and create an install task just so I can see it on Boards and Calendar.
It seems that Contact's start/end date is intuitive that this is the project scheduled date so we don't want to create a task for it, but rather have that contact's start/end date be the…

Set tasks to be done by Job position instead of assigned to or a specific person.
As it currently stands a task can only be automated to assign to 'assigned to' or a specific person. It would be extremely helpful(and your competitors do this) if you could automate tasks to 'Salesperson' or 'Estimator' or 'Office Admin' and that way we don't have to constantly change the assigned to field during the workflow to get tasks assigned properly. A specific person is not good because depending on how the job came in or location that specific person may or may not be the right person to have the task assigned to.
