Multiple users to one task configuration
When you assign multiple users to a task and one user completes it, it will complete it for every user assigned. In some cases, this isn't ideal, and it would be nice to configure the task to require every user assigned to complete the task before it disappears.

Items in my Cale
Items in your personal calendar, outside of JN should not auto create themselves as tasks in JN. Any item I list in my Calander like "Doctors Appt" should not pop up as a task I than need to complete.

reinstate tasks / task function into contacts view
Full task function - creating, viewing, managing - used to be visible / accessible in the primary Contact view but has been removed. Do not understand why, but I need to regularly create and manage tasks without a job. Need to be able to see these and do this without additional navigation. (It used to be just that simple.) Please reinstate.

View financials on Calendar. Display options on calendar similar to boards
I would like to view my financials on the calendar. I have a certain sales goal I try to schedule for each day and it would be helpful to see it on the calendar. Right now I have a job scheduled board where the job cards display the latest financials (estimate and invoice) but it’s difficult to switch back and forth when I’m trying to schedule jobs.

Could make Edit history (only shows if true) expandable to show the history of changes.Could roll out Edit history across other features as well if relevant - this helps companies maintain transparency which would be appreciated.

Color Code Work Order Statuses for Production Scheduling
We want to start using the Work Order statuses and boards, but are struggling to manage them from the calendar. We would like to have an option to color code them by their type and their status.

Contact Start Date - Visible on Calendar
The contact date now shows up on project tiles on Nimbus Boards which is great. However, we aren't able to use this feature as our way of project scheduling because this field doesn't show up on calendar. Don't want to have to duplicate entry of entering start date on contact's page and create an install task just so I can see it on Boards and Calendar.

Set tasks to be done by Job position instead of assigned to or a specific person.
As it currently stands a task can only be automated to assign to 'assigned to' or a specific person. It would be extremely helpful(and your competitors do this) if you could automate tasks to 'Salesperson' or 'Estimator' or 'Office Admin' and that way we don't have to constantly change the assigned to field during the workflow to get tasks assigned properly. A specific person is not good because depending on how the job came in or location that specific person may or may not be the right person to have the task assigned to.

Allow Limited User Access to see tasks that aren't assigned to them
Currently "Limited User Access" profiles can't see Tasks related to the contact unless assigned even if they are designated as Sales Reps on the contact. It would be useful for the Sales Reps (who have Limited User Access Profiles) to see all tasks associated to the contact.

There should be a way to upload an existing eagleview to allow you to create a smart estimate
There is no way to upload or re order an eagleview to Job Nimbus in order to create a smart estimate. If an eagleview was previously ordered through eagleview and not Job Nimbus, there is no way to use it for a smart estimate and has to be done manually. Job Nimbus should allow the upload of the CSV file in order to pull the values for the smart estimate.

Need more task icons to choose from when customizing tasks
I wanted to add a phone icon to the Phone Call task and discovered there isn't one. It seems like it wouldn't be too difficult to add more choices of icons.

Change task times
Add ability to create custom time intervals on the desktop calendar. The app allows for a 15 minute task but the desktop requires at least 30 minutes.

Include an "at a glance" view for calendar
Without having to toggle to other views, make an at a glance view where it would be able to show job or task details easier for a faster view of events. This would help not having to click into the event to see the details.

On the Home Page, have the ability to batch complete tasks and batch undo complete tasks.

Because, occasionally this system decides to mark all my tasks as completed making me click on each individual checkbox to uncheck the completed task. Very frustrating. Perhaps the IT department should fully test the product, again and again.

Calendar Select/Deselect
When you select Tasks, Jobs, Contacts, Work Orders, and Material Orders on the side bar it automatically selects all of the items that you set up in your settings.
The problem is that you have to un-select all of the ones that you are not interested in seeing in your calendars which in most cases is a lot in the small window. If you could just select Tasks, Jobs, Contacts, Work Orders, and Material Orders and select only the ones that you set up in settings and it didn't automatically select all would be real useful.
