Calendar Permissions
I would like to be able to give my team members permissions to be able to view each other's calendars and tasks without their being able to see each other's jobs and contacts.

Add date and time to daily task email
Every morning I get an email with a list of my tasks to do but none of them have a date or time associated with them. They simply say due today or overdue.. It can't be that hard to add a date and time for these tasks that are/were all on my calendar. Without that I have to physically go into my calendar to see when they were due.

Group Settings for Calendar
It would be nice to have filters and group settings for the calendar. Daily we need to see the schedule for sales and service and projects. Every time you look at the calendar you have to check and uncheck a dozen boxes. It would be nice to have a group filter where you can see just sales reps calendars, or just service calendars, etc.

Add Task to Job from Job Board
We would like the ability to add a task to a specific job from the Job Board without having to go to a different screen. The goal is to document action items quickly as we are reviewing the board. Jumping from and then back to the job board is inefficient and we lose our place. The other idea would be to allow adding of a specific note type to a job on the Job Board and then our office manager can find those notes types later and add the necessary tasks.

Calendar: Map:
We need to have the ability to view the map and filter it by Job Type, Job Status, Contract Signed Date, & Salesperson.
This would allow us to know where we are doing well, where we are not doing well, who is doing well in certain areas, what services are more successful, and where to spend marketing dollars.

Private Calendar Settings
There needs to be an option to mark certain events as private. Personal events, sensitive conversations (HR), etc. Right now, everyone can see EVERYTHING.

Task activity show on the related contact/job activity
It would be really cool if there was a way that notes activity could reflect together on the related contact activity. So I could have the notes in the task & in the contact, then be able to search by related to each task.

all day events that dont take up time slot space
All-Day events that dont take up time slot space in a WEEK view. I will have installations and inspections that have no specific time slot, it would be nice to see them in an all-day area like calendars typically show.

Appointment Results (Configurable List)
Request:
Ability to select the result of an appointment. Either the ability to configure our own list or an options list with Kept, Canceled, Rescheduled, Client No Show, Employee No Show, etc.Background:
We track how many appointments are set by our reps, now we would like to be able to track their performance. Ideally we want to gather metrics such as: which reps have a better appointment set to close rate, who has the highest cancelation rate, or which clients cancel repeatedly.5 votes -

Limit access for a team member to look at other team members calendars. Currently any team member can view others no matter what kind of access they have.

Copying Estimate Sections to estimate tabs.
It would be ideal to have the option to Copy estimate section details & line items to a new tab instead of having to recreate a bunch of line items on each tab (good, better, best tabs).

Task Feedback
It is a bit frustrating for us that we now have to delete a recurring calendar events (or an event that is further down the road months away) and hope people remember those events and not schedule anything during that time since otherwise everyone's task lists get clogged with future meetings and calendar events. Is there a way that you know that we can sync only some events with JN? We currently need them sync'd back and forth between the other platforms.

Custom Field Security Settings
There needs to be an option when creating a custom field to set security or privacy so certain fields can not be viewed by specific users or specific user groups.

supplier
There is an option to add a subcontractor to a task but I can't add a supplier to a task if I'm scheduling a delivery. Please add 'supplier' as an option. Right now I've had to make all my suppliers subcontractors to see them in my calendar.
