Appointment optimization by Geo-Reference
I would love to see a system within a CRM that takes set aapointment in a geograohical area and offers an optimized route for our specialists to travel in order to see potential clients via a map function like google maps. The system might be able to look at a certain day, recognize a cluster of clients by zip code, and offer the best route between them to fit a time table. This would cut down on time for our back office who have to manually confirm appointments and design a custom route day-in and day-out.

Calander
Can we have a function that would allow us to bulk move scheduled workflow dates, due to things like inclement weather or job progress. Makes it very difficult to schedule ahead of time, when a rain day happens you have to go in edit individually 50-100 jobs, very tedious and makes the calendar function almost useless for job scheduling

It would be nice to have different task templates that we can use for tasks that are created frequently, but wouldn't necessarily be tied to an automation.

Color code calendar for specific tasks
Currently we only have the option to color code for team members. Would like the ability to color code specific tasks on the Calendar.

Show name of who is assigned to what task on calendar
Currently the coloring option is not good enough when you have quite a few sub contractors and users. IT woud be beneficial if the name of tha task on the calendar also included the assigned to name at a glance without having to open the task to see who its for or trying to track down in the menus who is assigned to which color in the account.

Change the appearance of work orders on the jobnimbus calendar
Currently when work orders are added the the Jobnimbus calendar they only show as WO #XXX It would be more beneficial if the item had its own task icon on the calendar and viewed as the name of the contact/job that the work order is for.

Option to Hide All Completed Items on Calendar (Work Orders, etc)
Once work order is complete it will be removed from the calendar but stay on the contact.

A shared calendar accessible by all members
We like to have all of our installs on the calendar accessible by everyone in our company. The only way to do this now JN is to set an all day event and link each person to it individually.
The problem with this method is that for people who are viewing multiple calendars at once (our admin staff), it duplicates the event for everyone invited so admin staff are seeing 10 copies of the same event. This both clutters and bogs down the calendar.11 votes -
Provide the option to colour code tasks
I run the business myself and when looking at my overall week it would be invaluable to be able to differentiate between tasks via colour. At the moment you only provide the function to colour code team members but like I said I am self employed and carry out all duties myself. Having a clear image of how my time is being spent would ensure I know I have made time for essential tasks... a small icon just isn't enough.

Duplicate Tasks
It would be great if we could duplicate a task. Sometimes we start a task on one day, but need to finish it another day. Instead of moving that task, so our calendar isn't up to date, or having to recreate the task all over again, it would be awesome to have an option to duplicate the task.

Time blocking in Calendar
It would be helpful to make the calendar block times for vacations, or for more than a few hours and have that time be colored in. Currently if you use a task to try do this, it does not block times.

Option to choose which task types sync with Google Calendar
I would like the option to choose which types of tasks (i.e. Appointment, Phone Call, Meeting, etc.,) sync with Google Calendar and which ones don't.

Ability to break up scheduling for jobs or work orders to exclude weekends
Need to be able to schedule a job for more than one week and exclude the weekend from the job and work orders.

Work orders need to be Appointments on the calendar!!!!! That is the only way to sync with Goggle calendar.

Limit Scheduling Job to Working Hours
JN allows jobs to be booked afterhours!!!!!
Please remove the ability to book afterhours from the dropdown box on the job side.

Choose what Tasks sync as to Google Calendar
The ability to be able to integrate the tasks from JobNimbus into the Google Calendar as things other than events. (ie. Appointments!)

Show the job address instead of the parent contact's when previewing a job on the calendar
Currently, when you click on a scheduled job from the calendar, it shows the parent contact's address in the preview sidebar instead of the job's address.
Please make it so that either it shows the job address instead, both addresses, or have the option to pick which address is displayed.
