Group Texting through Engage
we need the ability to group text through Engage instead of only one phone number.

This is huge - Our sales team gets added to group messages by clients and then have to back track or switch to their personal numbers

This would be wonderful to be able to group text! We work with tons of realtors, and it would be convenient to group text the realtor along with the homeowner for communication purposes of scheduling, logistics, completion photos, etc... Or it would be good to use when our repair crew is needing information, instead of being a middle man, I could put them in a group. Sometimes there can be more than one contact person for a job, instead of notifying them individually of all updates, be easier for group text.

When there is more than one contact on a job, you should be able to text both of them in a group text in Engage.
