We would like the ability to be notified when a new attachment has been added to a shared job. We have found this to be a great way for our clients to upload specific documents like signed contracts and other documents to a job but have no idea when this is done other than checking from time to time. It would be nice if when a new attachment was added that an email notification was sent to the internally 'Assigned To' or 'Sales Rep'2 votes

This would be awesome for subject lines when sending an email so you can send emails to carriers and auto tag the claim in the subject line.
It would eliminate having to uncheck the box that adds the customer/job number to the subject line.6 votes
The system Emails call to action for JobNimbus and NOT the subscribing Company info. This should be reversed to not confuse customers and subcontractors receiving these messages. People know our company but they don't know JobNimbus and it is way too heavy/confusing on your branding.7 votes
Could you let us know which emails are sending with branded information? There shouldn’t be any JobNimbus-branded emails going to customers, and I believe we only mention JobNimbus on some emails that are sent to subcontractors.
