  1. Include Saved Work Order name as header in Work Order section

    I would like to include "Saved Work Orders" as a header in the Work Order section so I can view what that Work Order is for from the list.

  2. Customize Material Order templates

    I would like to have more customization abilities with material order templates like using a Purchase Order instead of the Material order number and setting up a Delivery date instead of using the date the material order was created

  5. Manually able to enter Invoice Number or Job number on Estimates/invoices

    I would like to be able to manually enter job numbers on invoices and estimates approved. We give numbers for multiple locations so this causes and issue. It's creating an invoice number that isnt' "real" so our customers are confused.

  6. Budget Line items added in settings need to show in estimates.

    Budget Line items added in settings need to show in estimates. If you add a line item within the Budget settings it will not show in the budget if you are converting an estimate. It also deletes and goes away if you create one manually and then decide to use an existing estimate.

  13. Add more Budget Information to Work Orders

    I would like to add a internal description box to the budget field for work orders. This field would be used as a way to distinguish which budget is being viewed without having to click the hyperlink to see it. Essentially like a summary/overview of the budget/ area to enter in notes about the budget internally, so that the PMs and Finance people can make communication easier between these two typically siloed departments.

  14. Print Material Order from Edit page

    Be able to print the material order from the "Edit" page and not from viewing/downloading PDF. Reason being is so that the pricing pulls into the printed version.

  15. Save Feature

    I'd like to have the option to SAVE my documents/ estimates/ invoices while I'm working on them (without it closing on me); Sometimes they are quite long and I've accidentally closed the screen after spending a long time on entering information. The only option is to save and close now

  19. Sections that group line items together

    I think it would be immensely helpful for sections to group the line items together. Doing this would open up a whole list of possibilities, including:

    -moving whole sections together instead of one line item at a time
    -mass deletion of sections
    -adding line items to specific sections
    -creating work orders off of individual sections
    -creating "pre-made sections" to add to estimates

    Doing sections like this would solve a lot of issues my company has and covers some issues other posters have pointed out as well. Specifically, this would allow a more building-block way of making estimates so we could…
