Sales Tax by Line Item
I need to be able to tax certain lines and not others on an estimate. In our state, replacements are not taxed but repairs are. So if I have a roof repair and 1 window being replaced, right now I have to either give the customer 2 separate estimates or charge tax on non-taxable work. In QB we can choose whether or not to tax individual lines, so the same feature in JN would be a big help.

Include Tax from Supplier on Estimate Total
When preparing an estimate, there should be an option to calculate the tax that will be paid to the supplier along with the material order. This ensures that the material cost in the estimate reflects the actual total cost, including tax, rather than just the pre-taxed subtotal of the materials needed. Since this doesn't currently build in the tax we will pay to our supplier, the tax that ultimately is charged on the material list cuts into our profit margin since it wasn't accounted for in the estimate.

Commissions Paid amount doesn't change if expense is added
We pay half of the commission when our salesman books a job, during the job if expenses come up that were not planned for, if we change the budget the commissions marked paid should not change. That is why we should have the ability to pay off of the ACTUAL GP on the job, not PLANNED.

Automate changing an invoice status
I am using an email automation to send an invoice link to our clients when an invoice is created. However, this does not update the invoice status to "sent". I would like the invoice status to update when an invoice link is sent to the client through automation.

Option to remove sales rep's email and phone from cover page
We do not want our clients to email or call our sales rep, but to have the office number and email only on the front page. Currently there is not a way to remove this information from the cover page.

Ability for Multiple Margin Sliders for Each Estimate Section
Currently, the margin slider for NSE estimates only affects all the sections of the estimate. In the future, it would be nice to have the option to only apply the slider to specific sections or have multiple sliders per section.

New sales experience - Ability to convert estimates to work orders and material orders
Unlike the legacy format we can no longer convert estimates to work orders and material orders unless they are signed. This is very important for us when we are sending our material or labor lists for subcontractor bidding and supplier pricing prior to presenting our proposals. We tried changing the estimate status to approved, but that doesn't work. Only signed estimates can be converted. We've had to duplicate and edit the estimates to make them look like a WO or MO, and since there are no internal notes available we can't tell what is what looking at the financials screen.

Add multiple contacts to invoice to show all responsible parties
I can add multiple folks to sign the contract/estimate but can then only have one of those folks on the invoice. I know i can email an attachment of the invoice to more than one person, but I'd love to have all responsible parties included on the invoice as well!

Credit Memos Count for Actual Revenue in Profit Tracker
Credit memos should be taken into account in profit tracker for actual revenue. Right now if there is ever a credit memo the profit tracker is wrong.

Internal View for New Sales Experience Estimates
Every Time a contract is signed, I am not allowed to open the contract or "edit" it. The problem is that after the signed contract is approved, my team cannot open the Quote Details page with the Hidden Sections which contain important details. We have to duplicate the estimate in order to see what was included. Very Annoying.

Change PO/job number position
Our supplier keeps giving us invoices with the wrongPO/Job # on them. We realized they are using the material order number (red highlight) instead of the PO or job # (yellow highlight).
Suggest making the PO/Job # more prominent and near the material order for clarity and make it easier to differentiate between the two numbers.

Add delivery date field to Material Orders
We'd like to be able to add a delivery date to our material orders again, the new updates have removed this feature so now we have to create a workaround with the supplier comments - it would be easier to communicate with suppliers, along with track and report on this data with a set date field.

Allow one payment to apply to multiple invoices and show the credit amount automatically
We ran one payment in JobNimbus Payments for two invoices on a job, and we weren't able to apply it to the two invoices, so we had to manually record it as two separate payments. It'd be really helpful to apply the payment to multiple invoices or at least to show a preview of the credit available on a payment if it was over the invoiced amount rather than having to manually create a credit memo.

Create new Email Templates in Estimate Email Settings
In the new sales experience estimate settings, there's premade email templates for different situations (Sent for signature, document signed with deposit requested, etc) that you can edit and customize.
We would also like to be able to create new templates here, to have multiple options for each situation such as 3 templates to choose from for the document signed with deposit requested situation.

Template field options for Customer Notes on Invoice
We like to add details about the invoice in the customer notes, it would save us a lot of time if we could add template fields or short codes to the invoice or invoice templates to automatically insert things like the customer name.

Being able to apply a JNP payment to an invoice on a different related record
You are unable to apply a JobNimbus Payments create payment to a related invoice on a separate record. For instance if the JNP payment is logged on the job and you want to apply that payment to the invoice on the contact, it does not allow you, but you can do it with a manually created and logged payment.
