Custom fields open more fields when filled
It would save a lot of space to be able to have custom fields where, if selected, they would open up other custom fields. But if not selected they would be hidden.

Add additional phone numbers to Job
We do quite a bit of work for property management companies. We have the contact information for the property manager in the contact, but when we enter individual jobs we enter the tenant contact information, there is no ability to "click to call" the tenant's phone number, so we end up having to manually enter the phone numbers.

Add Phone & Email as Contact/Job Field Types
The phone field should have the same () _-______ x_____ layout that JN's built in phone field has to create standardization of incoming data, and both should be hyperlinked.

Contact information showing display name instead of true contact
When creating an estimate, previously the "First and Last name" was used. Now the Display name is used. Can this be changed back to show the clients true information instead of a nick name?

Dropdown Boxes / Toggles / Checklist options for material Orders & Work Orders
Have material order and workorders have more customization (like the forms that we saw at JNSS21), I would love my work orders to have the ability to have a Yes/No checkbox and drop down box options, would save on multiple templates being created.

Flag contact/job records when they have open tickets in a specific status
We have a workflow and board for customer service jobs and our people need to know that a customer service ticket is open before calling a contact, so we'd like to have a red dot or a flag appear next to their contact and job name so we can always know when they have an open ticket. We need it to appear on their contact and jobs so that we can always know they have a ticket open from anywhere in JobNimbus.

DIFFERENT CONTACT TYPES, DIFFERENT CUSTOM CONTACT FIELDS
Our company's custom contact types are:
Customer (default), Builder, Remodeler, Subcontractor, Vendor, Vendor Inside Rep, Admin, etc.We built custom job workflows for the jobs under each contact type.
We need different custom fields for each type. Currently, JN does not offer that.

Increase or remove limit for custom field.
Customer would like to have unlimited custom fields. A lot of the information they collect is based on custom fields. And he would also like to have a print option on custom reports since most of the information that he reports off of are from the custom fields and needs to print the report. He can download CSV or Excel but it takes time to clean the file.

Auto Populate Invoice Totals in Job Description
The ability to auto populate the Approve Invoiced(Total) and Approved Invoice Balance Due in the Job description section. We would like it to automatically update and be accurate.

Do not display unused fields when printing Contact
I only want to print contact Info and all of the fields' headings appear even when I uncheck the job and tasks and attachments.

Have multiple Sales Reps linked to a Contact/Job record
Sometimes there will be split deals where there are multiple Sales Reps for one job. Currently, only one Sales Rep can be linked to a Contact or Job.

Custom Fields specific to Workflow Type
It would be nice if they could have custom fields only visible if you select a specific workflow type. Like Insurance information only will show on a contact/job to be filled in if you use the Insurance Workflow
