Move Estimate from Contact to Job
It would be nice to be able to convert an estimate that was created under the Contact to a Job. The problem I'm having is when i create a contact then add an estimate then if i win the estimate i add a job then the estimate is not under the job. is there away to assign estimates to the job so i can convert in to an invoice under the job?

Have a visual indicator to show when a job file hasn't been updated recently.
Some flag (visible in the Job List) to indicate a job that hasn't been updated in several days.
I.E. - A green dot to show an updated job, a yellow if it hasn't been updated (whether journal note, task, etc) in a couple days, and a red flag if the job has gone several days without attention.

Import Contacts from iPhone, vCard, Contacts apps
Self explanatory. Going through cdv?
14 votesUpdate: You can almost always export your contacts from contact apps, even Mac contacts syncing with iPhone, etc into a CSV which you can then import into JobNimbus.
We will continue to move towards these other contact import options going forward.

Equipment Tracking
It would be great if I could track equipment on the job. Right now, I have a tough time keeping track of where things are.

Duplicate (Jobs) with out copying documents
There is a feature to duplicate jobs already, however this feature duplicates over any documents to the new job you create, which can cause issues. Sometimes when creating a new job, it is for a previous address we have already done work for, especially for HOA's or Property Managers. In these cases, some information has or will not change (Ex: Roof Pitch, Roof Type, Shingle color/type)
As these types of jobs are duplicated (i.e. repeats), it would be great to duplicate the jobs when creating a 'new' job rather than having to reenter the data, that does not pull over…
