  1. an option to add a job to an estimate

    Once an estimate is already created be able to have the option to go back and attach a job.

  2. Field for job address

    It would be nice to have a different field for job address. We work for contractors that are always doing different projects as different addresses.

  3. the ability to have a default "Assign To".

    I load new contacts into JN for others. Each time, I have to de-select myself and assign to another co-worker. It would be great to be able to set a default that I could change when needed. If the jobs are mostly assigned to the same person, this would be a time saver and something I don't overlook! Thanks!

  4. Add Sales Rep's names to Jobs screen on app

    Currently on the app, a Group Manager cannot look at the Job List and tell which jobs are his. Additionally, he cannot ID which Sales Rep is taking care of which job....they're all mixed together.

    Group Managers need the Sales Reps names listed next to the Job so they know quickly who is in charge of which job.

  5. Primary & Secondary Lead Sources

    Have the ability to have primary and secondary Leads to better track from the big picture and then be able drill down into the specific details for marketing and budgeting purposes.

  6. Changing how the default display name populates

    "Is it possible to change what the default Display Name pulls from automatically? As it is now it pulls from the Contact First and Last Name and in our case I want it pull from the Company Name.

    This would be most beneficial since much of the data is initially entered by Field Reps via Mobile Ap and I have to go back on the Web App and change all of these."

  7. Automated Activity Per Job

    It would be so much more efficient if activity was automatically generated per job so you wouldn't have to manually enter each think that was entered, changed to completed.

  8. Quick Actions for Board Cards

    When updating cards on the job boards, it would be immensely helpful to have a few quick actions available if you right-click on the card. Some ideas would be:
    1. Edit Start/end date.
    2. Move to - [choose status] - for some of our longer boards it would alleviate the scrolling to the appropriate list.
    3. Mark Subcontractor/Crew as Complete - allow us to mark a sub as complete to help with progress tracking. This feature could put a line through the subcontractor circle, bonus points if we can add the date it was completed!

  9. Pop up from boards to view/edit cards, rather than navigate

    Everytime you edit something, you have to go back to the navigation board and re open everything that your working on.. it would be so easy if it could just collapse away and you would be back into your work flow or board.

  10. ability to apply a template of tasks when creating a Job

    When creating a Job, it would be very useful to have templates for Jobs so that when you create a job, you could apply a template that would create one of more tasks under the job. Many jobs are similar and have the same set of tasks.

    If there is a way to implement a timeline on each job. It would help organize and run jobs efficiently.

  12. A different interface for different contact types.

    It would be nice if each type of contact had their own contact fields.
    for example: Insurance Claim customer VS. Cash deal or
    Commercial Roofing VS. Residential
    Vendor VS. Subcontract
    In our job nimbus the contact fields were set up for insurance claims-Roofing. But not all contacts need all of these fields

  14. the ability to automatically include the job number in a document number

    I would like for invoices, documents, work orders, etc to have the job number appended at the end - for example, Work Order# 1234-5678, where 1234 is the work order number, and 5678 is the job number that work order is associated with.

  15. Job status in middle of page

    the job status is the most important feature it should be after the job name
    at the center the status make people decide if work or not on the job
    it would push the mind state to push to completion
    and you should add a completion green bar under the completed task %

  16. More than 35 options available for Options List custom field

    I need more than 35 text and options list in Custom Fields. I have important information that needs to be conveyed to everyone. Preferably I should have unlimited text and options lists.

  17. The ability to sort columns (Job #, Job Name, etc.)

    For some reason, there is no way for us to sort the columns that show Job #, Job Name, Status, etc.

  18. Navigation within a Job

    When I open a Job that contains Tasks and Subtasks, it would be very useful if there was a back arrow or a hyperlink path that you can click on to navigate up one or more levels.

  19. better recent activity

    recent mentions section on dashboard showing the last several @mentions of your name so that you don't have to check your email or sift through all of your contacts to see if anyone has responded to you on your contacts. Configurable recent activity and recent mentions settings to show more extended activity history.

  20. have to not put entire year in "contract date" to update teh job

    Be able to just use the 2 digit year instead of 4 in the contract date field
