Broken Automation Warning
Some kind of warning message or error if I try to change a board or workflow that has been causing an automation to trigger.

"Contact Fields" and "Insert Template Field" Combined
When you create an email template (especially for automation) you can easily select and insert a template field that populates information into the email (i.e. customer name, address, ect.). Part of the selection is "Contact Others" where you can select "Approved Invoices-Balance Due." This populates the amount due in the email, which is very useful. If you made it so that we could have the same option to use "Insert Template Field" when customizing the Contact Fields, we could do many things, including have the Balance Due right at the top of the contact.

Same Name
I have 2 separate customers with the same first and last name. It won't let me add the second customer because it says I have a duplicate entry even though everything else is different. Please allow same Display names for contacts and jobs

Remove/Change the "Assigned Default" when creating the Job/Contact
Have the option to remove or change the "assigned default" name when creating a contact. Right now when I create a Contact it defaults me as the assigned person.

Use Bulk Edit to Trigger Automation
I would like to be able to use the reports and bulk edit function to move groups of contacts out of one status and into another to trigger an automation all at once, rather than manually moving each job.

Have address auto-fill from Google Maps as it's being entered.
We're migrating from Acculynx. Acculynx uses Google Maps and will auto-fill an address when we're entering a new lead's address. This is a benefit because 1) It makes our entries consistent, and 2) ensures we're going to the correct house.

We are planning on adding Google Maps autocomplete functionality, so that whenever you create or edit a Job in JobNiimbus, as you begin to type the address the suggested Google Maps locations will appear below. This should greatly streamline the process of adding new leads and Jobs, and improve the accuracy of the data inputted as well.

Body of card customization increase
We need to have a couple more lines for the body of the cards. We cannot fit all the data we need to see on the 3 lines provided.

Default "Shadow Text" in Fields
Allow admin to create a default light colored "shadow text" that populates in fields to suggest the information or format that should be input.
Example: a Job is asked to be entered as CUSTOMERLASTNAME-REPINITIALMMYY DOE-MA0222

Boards assigned to team members
I cannot stress this one enough, i dont know how it isnt already implemented! There needs to be an option (like the filter option) to assign boards to certain team members. Then when a contact of work order enters that board those team members are automatically assigned that contact. How does it help me to move a project into the engineering board and send them a task if they are not able to see that contact without me going in and assigning the contact to them? Additional filtering options and bulk edit from contact list view
I'd like to treat the Contacts more like a standard CRM that we can filter, then bulk edit rather than having to create a report to bulk edit that will end up being removed immediately after anyway.

Custom fields open more fields when filled
It would save a lot of space to be able to have custom fields where, if selected, they would open up other custom fields. But if not selected they would be hidden.

In JOB: Work Order tab to create report, to add custom columns, to have ALL Main Tabs as shortcut within the WO
In Work Order tab:
To customize the columns (trying to keep the same start date, which is the only one showing, but using the end date to reflect the progress (using the status changes, e. g. Start status: 7/1, In-Progress status: 7/3, Completed status: 7/5) therefore we can use the Start & End dates to create Gantt chart.
To have the feature to download the work orders as csv. file to have a custom report per Contact or Job.
Once editing and saving a WO, the page will go to the section within the WO itself, there is no way…

Boards Horizontal Scrolling
In the Board view, which let's be honest, is the best part about JobNimbus, it would be super beneficial to be able to scroll horizontally with our mouse wheel.
The Board is wider than it is tall, and I feel this would be a massive improvement over trying to grab that tiny little scroll bar at the bottom.2 votes -

It would be awesome if you could click on the customers address and be able to see their location through either google maps, bing or any Navigation Software.
