Bigger Custom Field boxes to allow for more than one line
I've created my own custom contact text field.

Assigning a New Contact
I would love to be able to customize what is included in the email to the assigned sales rep when they get this notification from Job Nimbus. We currently utilize the notes section for important information and it would be really nice if I could have this note appear in the initial email to the sales rep.

Multiple (automatic) Default Assignee when creating a contact/job
When you create a Contact or Job the Default assignee is the user. If you want to add more than one assignee, you have to manually do so. Logo would like it to automatically have that section add more than one default user.

Email field for Job
Have the Job template information to include email. That way when an automation is trigger it will send to that email that is associated to the job as well as related contacts

Dropdown Boxes / Toggles / Checklist options for material Orders & Work Orders
Have material order and workorders have more customization (like the forms that we saw at JNSS21), I would love my work orders to have the ability to have a Yes/No checkbox and drop down box options, would save on multiple templates being created.

"Related contact" vs "add contact" in jobs
Ability to add a "related contact" to a job without having to "edit" the job instead of "add contact" (which doesn't even attach to the job) that is currently an option under the 3 dots in jobs.

Built in field for inspection date and time

Create New Job under existing Customer via Email
Similar to how you can send an email to JobNimbus today to add things to an a job. I would like to be able to include in my subject line something like [Customer#1234,Job#NEW] and a new job be create under that customer. I would need to have a created field template or required sync edit to make sure all my required or unique fields are populated but it would save time when I am getting estimates request or repeat work from the same customer.

Escape Key Function
Currently, hitting escape while creating a contact or job closes the creation field. It would be better if it just removed the cursor from the current input field.

Be able to use blank space to the right of contacts
Currently when viewing a contact, the right side of the contact is an entire unused blank space. It would be helpful to have this space customizable and used for additional contact status information that would be helpful for us to have at a glance.

Maintain status when workflow of a contact or job is changed
Currently if the Contact Type or Job Type is changed, the Status automatically switches to whichever one is first in the workflow selected (i.e. Lead). It would be preferred, assuming the status names between workflows match, that it maintain the correct status it was already in before the new Contact Type/Job Type was selected.

Change aesthetics of the new boards
Change the aesthetics of the new boards so that (1) more columns can be seen on the screen at a time (reducing or preventing the need to scroll to the right), and (2) so that more contact/job cards appear in each column (reducing or preventing the need to scroll down), and (3) increase the number of visible characters for the column names displayed at the top of each column (so that we can see the full name and not just an abbreviated portion of the column name).
