Subcontractor Field on Cards in the Board View
With the newly-added ability to add more information to the cards in the board view, we would like to be able to add the "subcontractor" field as well to see the info at first glance

Show Contacts in sidebar in Board view
In the boards, when you click into a contact/job it takes you directly into that file. Logo would like: If you click on the contact, their file just pops out to the side, but keeping you within that board. So logo can quickly move on to another contact/job. They don't want to have to click the "Back to board" button and then have to scroll over to find the column they were working in

Map that shows previous job locations
Add a map feature to JobNimbus that shows location data points for previous completed jobs.
5 votesWould it also be beneficial to see current jobs/tasks? Others have submitted ideas for that and I am wondering if there is just a filter that would allow you to determine if you want to look at old jobs or current jobs.

Notes counting as a "Update" to a contact/Job
Notes will trigger activities as a update to the contact or Job . This allows features like automations to trigger off notes as well

move between contacts on the board without going back to the board
Have the ability to scroll through contacts on the board without having to go back to the board. Something similar to the "next" button or "previous" button on Craigslist or Google photos. So if I am on the leads board and in a contact I can go to the next contact on that board without having to go back out to the board.

Keep Pictures in order
The pictures need to be able to move around and put in a certain order. As a veteran adjuster most adjusters put pictures in a certain order. Front elevation, right elevation, rear elevation, left elevation, roof, interior. This will make every file the same and can send pictures to adjusters and they can follow much easier.

Merged data in Contact/Jobs
Intake, Contact & jobs should be combined data. Not entering the same information multiple times. When a contact comes up all the information is listed and jobs are listed underneath with the email and job nimbus correspondence. Multiple pages are not necessary and require additional work for the rep.

Enable entry of customers with the same name and not have to modify
We live in an area where many people have the same name. This creates a lot of difficulty for us when creating a new contact. We have to modify and it causes reporting issues for us. It would be great to have an "override" button for these customers.

I would like to have custom fields that are only required to be populated before moving the record into specific statuses or stages.

Save screen position when using "Back to Board" link
It would be more beneficial if Jobnimbus kept track of the position you were in, on the previous screen. When using the "Back to Board" link on the to left. Instead it just works to reload the entire board.

Days since last contact
It would be very advantageous to have a Days Since Last Contact displayed on a job. That way any sales manager does not need to go into a job to look for the last email, text, or call made. It could simply be displayed on the job card or below the days in status stat. Having something stay in a status for a longer period of time is ok as long as a sales person is staying in touch with the homeowner or business owner. But right now I can't really track that stat and can't find a good way…

Do not display unused fields when printing Contact
I only want to print contact Info and all of the fields' headings appear even when I uncheck the job and tasks and attachments.

Adding additional contact fields
I very often have clients with multiple emails and contact information. Who doesn't have more than one email? I also have clients with multiple properties and one property is normally the billing address. We may be working on a different address for the property but need to send info to the billing address. I also have a couple clients that like to involve other family members for information. In one instance I am working on a daughters house and dad is the contact but not the owner. I have another with an elderly woman and I go through her daughter…

Add checkbox next to phone # to indicate primary point of contact
The customer would like a checkbox next to a phone number to indicate it is the primarily point of contact of their customer.

Have multiple Sales Reps linked to a Contact/Job record
Sometimes there will be split deals where there are multiple Sales Reps for one job. Currently, only one Sales Rep can be linked to a Contact or Job.
