Access profile option to make email threads hidden
A way to adjust access profiles, so they can't see the email threads in a job/contact.

Archived custom fields should still be visible in the job if it was utilized. We have recently changed a field from a text field to a drop-down options list and now all the jobs with information in the old text field version cannot be seen. If anyone ever wanted to view that information then I'd have to go and un-archive the field to make it visible.

Use different related contact types in automations based on attachments
The ability to add different contact types to automations exists now, but it's not available for automations with an attachment as the trigger record.

Export my Product & Services List
I want to do a full audit of my P&S list and for me it is easier to manipulate through excel then the 575 item list that is currently sitting in my JobNimbus account. I have no way of looking at things except to scroll or attempt to search. I just want to export to excel and then I can adjust things accordingly on the website. It would be ideal to add this feature, yesterday.....

Add a custom field type for a link. We currently use a note type for links and have to filter by that but would be helpful if it was just in the custom fields options. We have thought of using the text field type but once the link is netered it is no longer a link.

Automation to Create Work Order
Set up an automation to create workorder template when status changes within workflow sending directly to subcontractor. We do new home construction and have statuses such as roofing, siding, housewrap, windows/doors, gutters.

"No access" to invoices should prevent users from seeing the invoice PDF
Right now if a user's access is set to "no access" for estimates/invoices, they can still see the generated PDF of those financials in the document tab

Display Products not Tied to Calculations
With the newer method for managing calculations, we are able to associate multiple Products & Services items to the same calculation. We can see all of the items that could be related to each calculation(based on matching UoM) by using the (+ Product) search under each calculation, but there isn't a quick way to make sure that all UoM's have a calculation. A section, option, or field that displayed all the UoM's that exist on visible products, but that are not yet on a calculation, would be helpful to make sure we have everything accounted for.
