Invoice Template Fields - Suggestion
It would be good to include a template field for invoice templates that shows the most recent invoice balance due. If a job has multiple invoices, then this can make it troublesome to show what invoice balance is due. Say I have one invoice that is paid out and shows a $0 balance due, but another invoice that has $2000 due, there currently isn't any field template that would show the second invoices balance amount.

Ability to "not send" a First Payment Reminder email if there is a payment recorded under Payments
We currently send out a First Payment Reminder email when the job status is changed to "Roof Build Complete" It would be helpful if we could exclude a contact from receiving this reminder if there is a payment already recorded under Payments.

Ability to customize roles
Similar to access profiles before, to have the ability to customize. I do not want everyone to have admin level access but the sales and field options doesn’t give them access to everything they need. There shouldn’t be so many admins with access to alter company information. I just want to be able to customize the profiles.

Design template selector with editing options
When emailing an estimate - to have the ability to see the different design templates, giving you option to add or change things as a way to personalize it before sending it, along with having the option to add an email header.

Document type as an automation condition
I would like to set up an automation where the Document is the trigger record and include a "Document Type" as a condition so I can send notifications when different types of documents are signed. They need to go to different people.

Attachment type is equal to estimate
Change estimate status to sent
I understand this is a multi level automation. Multi level automations like this would be helpful across JobNimbus where the "Action" can affect other aspects of the contact/job

Create an automation to trigger when a contact/job leaves a status.
We have jobs that could go into one of many statuses that come from one specific status and we need to create a task based on when those contacts leave the original status.

More User Control options
Under settings all the different types of options for example contacts, jobs, workflows, reports, and the dashboard itself. It's usually 2 options All Team members or Sales Rep/Assigned to Job. It would be great if the Admin person can have more control depending on the role in the company and be able to choose specific people. For example, on reports, some staff may not be tech-savvy and it will be faster for the admin to create it and assign it only to that person instead of having to go on their profile. Especially for those of us that are under…

Workflow Changing Automation
