Services & Products Templates - Grouped Products
The ability to create templates for different roof trade systems. For example, we offer a variety of roof systems. These systems are complete with ALL manufacture products. The ability to select a template by the system being installed would allow sales reps to write estimates faster and cleaner. The template selected would contain all components and pricing of those components for that particular roof system that only needs quantity updates at the time of use resulting in closing a deal faster.

Ability to Select Sales Support Specialist, Project Supervisor, and Project Manager
I am requesting the addition of three new fields in JobNimbus that function similarly to the existing Salesperson field. These fields would be for selecting a Sales Support Specialist, Project Supervisor, and Project Manager. This enhancement will allow us to better organize our projects and streamline our workflow.

Additional Access Profile Options
There should be an access profile that allows team members to make edits on a contact until the contact hits a certain stage, at which point the ability to edit anything should drop off. This would be a great way to ensure we don't get any crucial information changed or deleted.
We use sales reps for our leads, then we send in closers to acquire a job. We want them to be able to put in contact information but once that job goes into production we don't want them to be able to go in and edit any fields under…

Add the ability to assign tasks, contacts, jobs, work orders, etc to groups as opposed to manually adding each individual assignee every time.

Be able to add a form to a task to be filled out. Also being able to have options to use forms in automations.

Automation Trigger to Change Custom Fields
I would really love to be able to change custom fields with automation.
I want to be able to capture the date certain things happen and store them as a custom job field that can be used in reports. Capture the date a job first enters a status. Capture a date the job first gets a Material Order written. Capture a date the job gets an invoice paid in full.
Sold Date is a custom field on my jobs that must manually be entered to be able to be seen in Job Reports. My team sometimes forget.

Send Subcontractor Calendar Invites
Add the ability to send a calendar invite with tasks or workorders. Subcontractors currently only receive emails and it would be better if a calendar invite was sent, if even as an attachment, in the email notification, so the subcontractor can easily add the assignment to their calendar.

Show Jobs Assigned on Subcontractor Contact Page
Itt would be really nice if when viewing a contact that has the "subcontractor" parameter marked, any jobs where the subcontractor is listed as the subcontractor in "Subcontractor" Field would appear on their contact page. The result would be similar to how the jobs appear for any contact listed as a "Related Contact" on a job.
Reason: I want to be able to pull up my subcontractor's contact page and quickly view all open jobs that subcontractor is currently doing for us. This can be beneficial for billing purposes, phone conversations with the subcontractor and more.12 votesDefinitely something we’ll be doing!

Automation to Create Job on Contact Status Change
I would love to create an automation that when a contact is moved to a certain status it can trigger the automation to create a job. For example I have a status of sold in contacts and when I move the contact to that status it automatically creates a job for that contact.

Conditional Logic for Required Fields
Not sure of category...
Currently we are able to mark Contact Fields as Required.
The issue is that it is all or nothing.
Would like to be able to use conditional logic to assign these as needed, not on all clients or stages.Examples:
If a client is moved to a sold status, a sale date would be required.
If lead source equals Referral, referring individuals name and email would be required.These are specific instances, but this would be useful across industries.
