Search functionality for Automations (key words, etc.)
It would be super helpful to have a search bar in Automations so you can search a key word or phrase to help find the automation you're looking for more quickly. (ie "roof schedule" or "billing")

Database search for existing record.
With Access Profiles, give the ability to have a setting where limited access profile users can search data base and see minimal information to verify if a lead that they have contacted has been entered already int he system by another rep to avoid duplication of efforts.

Search P&S by unit of measure
Have ability to search Products and Services by typing in units of measure and have it populate the different products in that measure to select and create a quick estimate.

Make Service Item editable only to Admin
Any user can a service item, which syncs with QuickBooks and automatically creates an item in QuickBooks. Make the Services be added by Admin only

Get a prompt before automated email is sent
We've shut off all automated emails to customers because it's never a one size fits all for us. So, we'd end up looking dumb backtracking and saying that email wasn't meant for you.
If we could set up an automation where a prompt said "Ready to send XYZ, should Jobnimbus send?" You could click Yes or No.
As a workaround, we've set up reminder tasks for ourselves to send certain emails at certain statuses so we can decide if it's appropriate for the customer or not.

The ability to change the term "sales rep"
When adding a team member, the customer would like the option to change their title to something other than just "sales rep"

Additional Support for Automations Changing Statuses
Allow more automations for changing statuses. Such as, being able to change the status when a deposit is received and separately when a final payment is made. Or changing a status when a job field is selected (I would like to change status to a financed status if my sales rep changes the job field to financed). That way the office can be notified to start the finance process.

Toggle Button for Dark Mode
Love the fact that the app has dark mode feature but it would also be amazing to have a toggle button where I can decide if I want to use dark mode or not.

settings button gets cut off with new UI
For the new UI that JobNimbus is trying out, it cuts off the settings button when you click the dropdown in the top left, and you can't scroll down. My current solution is to zoom out before clicking the dropdown, then it shows up.

Location-Based Visibility for Full Access Users
We’d like the ability for Full Access users to only see Jobs and Contacts assigned to their specific location, without needing to:
Move them to a Limited Access profile
Manually assign them to each job/contact they need visibility into
This would greatly improve workflows for multi-location companies, where regional admins manage their own teams. The current workaround is manual, time-consuming, and not scalable for larger accounts.

Option to Add Users with Monthly Billing While Keeping CRM on Annual Plan
We have new employees on a one-month trial to evaluate their fit, but in order to add them to JobNimbus under our current annual plan, we’re required to commit to the full annual cost for each additional user.
It would be helpful to have the flexibility to add certain users on a month-to-month basis while still maintaining our main CRM subscription on an annual plan.

Supplement team or public adjuster role
Third party supplemental company or public adjuster needs access to only to insurance jobs. They should have access to view existing jobs on CPU and make real time updates allowing company to respond in kind and on time. Field pro only allows mobil access but this role could be utilized if able to view and edit on CPU or website.

Body Preview on Email Template
When making an "Email Template: have it actually show how it will look below in the "Body Preview" rather than looking the same as how you set the template. This way you can bypass making an email with it and sending it through a fake name to actually see what it looks like when the customer sees it and not have to keep doing that if you have to tweak it! Pointless to see it look the same in the made up template as in the body preview when that's what should help us to see it like the customer…

Location Based Workflows
Be able to create workflows based on location- for example if we have a location set up for our roofing division we would have a different set of workflows and job fields than our gutter division and our siding division.
