It would be great if we could upload videos on forms. As of right now, we can only upload pictures.

Have the option to turn off the view for uploaded documents
In Access Profile, I would like an option, to turn off the access to view uploaded documents. I created a JobNimbus account for my subcontractor and don't want to give him access to this type of info.

Wants the ability to stop an automation from triggering multiple times after it triggers once on each job that it applies to.

Ability to use different contact types in automations
Ability to use different related contacts in templates for automation based on the contact type. I would like the ability to set up automation based on contact type (i.e. sub-contractor, adjuster, homeowner, supplier, etc). I would also like to be able to use contacts based on contact type within the merge fields for documents, emails, etc. Currently, the only one that can be automated is the primary contact.

Automation Based on Built-In Job/Contact Fields
The automation system would more powerful if there was the ability to use the Built-In fields as conditions. We can use custom fields, why not the built-in fields? I think this change would be easy to implement as well.
"Is Archived" is an obvious built in field needed, but there are many other useful ones. I have to set up not equal status conditions to all my archive statuses if I want automation to only run on active jobs.

New Automation Note Condition
With automations; it'd be beneficial to be able to include a condition that would trigger if a note is NOT left on a job or contact record after a certain period of time.

Automate updating Custom Fields values
Would like to see this as an option in order to help with accommodating work arounds with Automations, ie updating a custom field for EagleView having been order if I add a Boolean field .

Send Text or Email to Subcontractor with Automation
Really need to see an option to text or email our Subs when the work order is assigned, automatically. Status updates, custom fields updated, etc. we should be able to use the Subcontractor as a potential recipient in outbound communication with the automations.

Update Pendo Text on Jobs Feature
We looked at the Features Settings ages ago and followed the instructions. We only had a few customers with multiple addresses so we didn't enable jobs. Fast forward 2 years and we are pulling our hair out trying to track customers who have multiple houses. Somebody asked why we had not set up jobs. <banging head on desk>

Group applied automations
I need to be able to assign an automation to a specific group, location, etc. Something that would be applicable to all locations but only pull in the contacts to that admin based on their location. These recipients are all in different locations - so if there was a way to put in 1 contact that was tied to that office, maybe as a sales person or assigned person but only needs to be for a specific location that would be great!

Work Order Automated Email to Related Contacts
I want to have a work order automation that sends an email to all related contacts. It is currently an option, but it won't include the related contacts as it's looking at the work order (not the contact) and there are no related contacts to work orders.

Automation Notification when Document Signature Requested
I want to set up automation to notify me that a staff member sent a homeowner a document to sign. I already get notices when documents are signed but ones that never get signed I have no way to discover, would like the notification of when it is sent so I can manage outstanding/pending signatures needed.

I would like to be able to have only the statuses that are in the current stage show on the list of stages on the contact form. ?
I would like to be able to show only statuses that are in a the current status show on the list to change status so we don't have to sort through all of the statuses.
