Get a prompt before automated email is sent
We've shut off all automated emails to customers because it's never a one size fits all for us. So, we'd end up looking dumb backtracking and saying that email wasn't meant for you.
If we could set up an automation where a prompt said "Ready to send XYZ, should Jobnimbus send?" You could click Yes or No.
As a workaround, we've set up reminder tasks for ourselves to send certain emails at certain statuses so we can decide if it's appropriate for the customer or not.

When adding a team member, the customer would like the option to change their title to something other than just "sales rep"

Location-Based Visibility for Full Access Users
We’d like the ability for Full Access users to only see Jobs and Contacts assigned to their specific location, without needing to:
Move them to a Limited Access profile
Manually assign them to each job/contact they need visibility into
This would greatly improve workflows for multi-location companies, where regional admins manage their own teams. The current workaround is manual, time-consuming, and not scalable for larger accounts.

Option to Add Users with Monthly Billing While Keeping CRM on Annual Plan
We have new employees on a one-month trial to evaluate their fit, but in order to add them to JobNimbus under our current annual plan, we’re required to commit to the full annual cost for each additional user.
It would be helpful to have the flexibility to add certain users on a month-to-month basis while still maintaining our main CRM subscription on an annual plan.

Supplement team or public adjuster role
Third party supplemental company or public adjuster needs access to only to insurance jobs. They should have access to view existing jobs on CPU and make real time updates allowing company to respond in kind and on time. Field pro only allows mobil access but this role could be utilized if able to view and edit on CPU or website.

Location Based Workflows
Be able to create workflows based on location- for example if we have a location set up for our roofing division we would have a different set of workflows and job fields than our gutter division and our siding division.

Additional Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) Categories
Besides just having labor and material categories, it would be helpful to add subcontractor, equipment rental, and an other category. That way the job expenses are isolated to their respective "cost buckets".
And... there should be a default setting to map each one of these Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) into the QuickBooks chart of accounts as a Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), rather that just a Job Nimbus expense. Invoice Template Fields - Suggestion
It would be good to include a template field for invoice templates that shows the most recent invoice balance due. If a job has multiple invoices, then this can make it troublesome to show what invoice balance is due. Say I have one invoice that is paid out and shows a $0 balance due, but another invoice that has $2000 due, there currently isn't any field template that would show the second invoices balance amount.
