Using automations to update estimate/invoice status
The ability to set an automation to change the estimate to "approved" and the invoice to "open" when the job or contact is moved into the "sold" status. In other words, building out automations to be able to do more than create tasks or send emails.

Team Member CSV Upload
Please make CSV upload available for users. This would be most beneficial for new customers who are inputting new users. I just finished inputting over 100 users and would have found this very beneficial.

Turn off Automation for individual customers.
The ability to turn off an automation for certain customers then turn it back on once the customer catches up in the process they have laid out.

automate to change status in workflow
I would like to see the same ability applied to work order workflows that is applied to job and contact workflows that allows an automation to change the status of work orders. For example, Doc type "Sub Est." is uploaded, change work order status to "Est, Received" or Task Complete ---> Change status to ....

I would like a template field to include Profile information from the profiles of team members assigned to the contact. Not just the Sales Rep

Terms and conditions on separate page
Would be nice to have the ability to have the Terms and Conditions of the estimate printed on a second page. The estimate would look much cleaner having the terms and conditions on the reverse page or second page rather than having the terms and conditions immediately after the proposal.

Right now we can't change the order of workflow stages. We want to be able to have things in our own order.

an Automation to send out invoice receipts
Have an automation to automatically send out invoice receipts. As far as making sure the paid invoice receipts are being sent out to the clients email listed.

Edit Contact/Job Option under Access Profiles
It would be great if we had the option to block the edit option from users under "Access Profiles". I want some specific users to have access to a specific contact/job, but I do not want them to be able to edit the contact/job.

Sorting functions on Company, Team, Groups, Access Profiles
Ability to use Alphabetical sorting functions on any of the headers in the Company, Team, Groups, Access Profiles areas with the option to sort Access Profiles by least restrictive to most restrictive.

Automated Email to Unrelated Contact
We need the ability to send automated emails to contacts-specifically contacts who aren't related to a job, not a subcontractor, not a team member.

Have an option to send Work Order automation emails to a "primary contact"
Trying to set up an automation based on a work order changing status and there is not an option to email just the primary contact, just all related contacts. Would like to have an option to be able to email the Work Order to just the primary contact.

Format changes to allow names with accents to keep names correct and not generic spelling
Having a name with an accent and allowing that format to stay on the contact info without it causing an error is extremely important to many clients whose name pronunciations are not the same without the added accent above certain words. (Ie. fiancé, résumé, etc.)

Workflow Changing Automation
The ability to have an automation change the job workflow along with the job status. So they do not need to go in and manually change the workflow when they want to change boards.

We need an automation rule that is event based, and occurs when a document is created.
I would like an automation to remind me to review and send our Final Inspection report when our Field Supervisor creates the Final Inspection document.

Hide from List function on Lead Source
Apply the Hide from List function to the Lead Sources.
Reasoning behind it - Marketing would like to track lead source effectiveness so they don't want anyone who is manually entering data to select their specific Lead Sources.
Hidden from List would still need to be available to use through Zapier.

filter & bulk edit within the products and services settings tab
Add a filter to sort through products and services to make edits easier to find.

Reset Job Number
Would like the ability to reset the Job ID numbers. For example, they now have over 10,000 jobs, and would like the keep the ID number to 4 digits, but since they have over 10K this creates more then 4 digits in there Job ID number. They just want to have the Job ID number (with only 4 digits) and the year.
