Out of Office Automatic Text Reply
Ability to set schedule for out-of-office text and email replies. Example: a text/email is received between Friday 5pm and Monday 8am: an auto-reply advises sender that the office is closed and will reopen Monday at 8am, which is when we’ll reply to the message.

A red banner on jobs that have urgent instructions or special cases
a banner that can be turned on with a message if there is an urgent piece of information or a last minute change to the job.
Example: we had a roof that was only supposed to be started if it could be finished by today. it was started late because someone was not aware and now the customer who did not want their house under construction when they had visitors will now host company with their roof torn off.
Bonus if there would also be a ping or maybe a board that listed all those in prgess jobs with urgent…

Custom Phone Number Fields (Adjuster Phone Number) added in Phone Numbers in Native Field options
I know we all hate going through estimates to find adjusters phone numbers, I like to add the adjuster phone number in the custom field but in the current configuration there are several problems.
1: You need to use "text" option because you can't use number option especially if there's an extension, and then I needed to update this in my custom field and i deleted the field all together
2: If you add a phone number under the number or txt field type you can't click and call it like on the native field

Recurring Automations
Would love the ability to have automations be recurring (weekly, monthly, similar to a calendar option when making an appointment). I have several follow up emails sent to clients and sales reps based on how long a job or work order has been in a current status and would like to set those up to automatically send instead of having to create multiple different automations.

the ability to add multiple emails for sending notifications to customers, builders, roofers that a job is scheduled.
Currently you can only add one email to a contact. I need the ability to add multiple emails to notify more than one person. For example the roofing salesman and the job foreman.

Engage - Show the assigned person in the dropdown of Engage texting numbers
If an Engage phone number is assigned to a designated user, I would like to see that user next to their number. If I'm initiating a conversation as "X" salesman, I'd like to be able to select his number to initiate it so that is the number that will later be used for automated Texts that come from "X".
I have to keep a piece of paper at my desk right now but that doesn't help when I'm contacting a new prospect from my phone in the field or at home.

texts from team in the field, to office that appears as a instant message bubble on computer within job nimbus
way for me (office) to receive texts from my team, in the field, via Jobnimbus app that appears as a instant messenger bubble appear on my computer screen. Having this would eliminate a extra device and allow for this communications to populate within jobnimbus as added notes, streamlining communication. Additionally, when I am not working (weekends) my team still has access to our communications and necessary information to complete jobs.

Reporting-Status and Stage movement time/date stamp for each job
Ability to create a report that time stamps when a job moved into a new status and show all status for that job. Not just current status, but historical data on all status and stage of 1 job. So you could see when each stage and status historically. The ability to look back at a job and see how when it moved and how long it was in each status. This is a basic lookback reporting function. Current report options shows count or all jobs in a particular stage or status.

When on the desktop i can not see the complete tittle. On the mobile app i can premake text options and select the proper one but on the desktop i can not see the complete title.

Adding a "resend" estimate button to JobNimbus
The logo requested the addition of a button to resend an estimate for signature. He wants another notification email to be sent when this button is clicked prompting the customer to sign the quote.

Need all the same functionality for documents as estimates
Need documents to have all the same options and functionality as estimates. We send estimates/proposals first and then if the homeowner approves, we send a separate contract which your system can only do as a document. This doesn't really make sense. We also have to embed the estimate into the document which looks awkward instead of being able to populate the same info that the estimate does like products and services etc. And, because of this we can't set the same automations or form settings on both. They should be interchangeable.
