Spell check!
I think that spell check and grammar check would be CRUCIAL in emails to the customer. I type Fast, and sometimes I may miss a letter, or may not have the proper grammar for certain sentences and second guess myself if it sounds professional.
I would LOVE the opportunity to have those apart of my services so I don’t have to copy and paste my templates to my Microsoft word to get that benefit before I send out a professional email that reflects directly on my business.

Accessing Photos Related
The photo sharing features need improvement. When a customer sends us photos via JN email, even from within the job, i cannot always attach them to the estimate. I think all photos related should be accessible in the photos tab, in estimate attachments, and everywhere else a photo is used, even if it's to the contact or another job by the same contact. Please help! This is taking so much extra time to download and re-upload every photo!

Allow an automation to add new assignees in a workflow
I'd like to add assignees to a job when the job is accepted, so they can view work orders and material orders. I'd like this to be an automation so I don't have to continually run reports or manually add new assignees every time a job is accepted.

Conversations with contacts
When I have multiple contacts with the same phone number I would like to be able to change the related contact. It always relates to the first contact, but I need to have it related to the contact that was most recently created.

Respond to customer reply notifications and have it delivered to the customer automatically
When I receive a notification from JobNimbus that a customer has replied to a message I sent, I want to be able to reply to that notification, and have my message delivered to the customer as well as sent to the JN account without having to add the customers email address in the CC field

Newsletter Feature in JobNimbus
We would like to make a monthly newsletter through JobNimbus that sends to all our contacts. There are a lot of CRMs that have this capability and we think it's something that would add value, not just to our company, but to JobNimbus as a whole.

Preview Attachment details before sending of email
When I send an email through the Activity main page and add an attachment, I would like to click on the attachment to verify the details. This would be very beneficial and provide some peace of mind.

Desktop push notifications
I love how the new app shows push notifications "Jim has mentioned you on Client's file"
Can we get that feature within desktop as well? The current activity tab shows what changes I have made to files and that is useless to me. I need to know what is being asked of me from others at a quick glance.4 votes -

Email template fields options
In the email template fields in settings, when we want to add a material date and a task date directly from a job we have to create custom job fields. We would like the option to select 'Most Recent Material Order' from the jobs portion of the drop down, as well as 'Most Recent Task' from the job drop down.

Notification flag displaying the number of unread messages on both the desktop and mobile app
A simple notification flag showing the number of unread messages would be extremely helpful to prevent @mentions and new notifications from being missed. Most apps that facilitate correspondence are using them. (Think imessage or the default email app icon that's on the home screen of your phone). Notification settings, such as banners and sounds, aren't sufficient for staying on top your correspondence. This flag should also live at the top of the page inside the desktop version.

Add hyperlink to an email template that can direct you to the Job.

Change the time when Email Reminders get sent out
Every morning we get an email reminder about our JN tasks. We get this email at 4am every day. There should be a way to change this time to at least 7am.
