  2. texts from team in the field, to office that appears as a instant message bubble on computer within job nimbus

    way for me (office) to receive texts from my team, in the field, via Jobnimbus app that appears as a instant messenger bubble appear on my computer screen.  Having this would eliminate a extra device and allow for this communications to populate within jobnimbus as added notes, streamlining communication. Additionally, when I am not working (weekends) my team still has access to our communications and necessary information to complete jobs.

  4. Read Receipts on Sent Texts

    Would like to see when a text message is Delivered vs Read. This helps us to avoid wasting time chasing leads that are ignoring our communication and lets us hold everyone accountable.

  5. If-Then programming within templates

    It would be very helpful to apply If-Then programming to template fields within a template in order to customize the text for the specific customer. For example, a customer may need an old fence removed before installing a new one. I could have a custom Boolean field for "Remove old fence?" If this is checked, a sentence would be included in the template stating "We will remove your existing fence." If it is not checked, then the sentence is omitted. This type of programming is available in other software using similar template fields.

  10. Incoming Emails - assign/attach to a Job

    Allow for assigning an incoming email to a job.

    Currently I receive emails into JN but can not assign them to the appropriate job. This would be useful instead of remembering which contact sent the email to find said email.

  11. Base task time template field off of the locations time zone

    Currently the template field {{TaskTimeStart}} in our email template shows the customer their appointment time in MST because that's what our time zone is set to in our general settings. However, we have a CO and a TX location. So this is confusing for our TX customers. Can the task time template field be based off of the customers location or off of the company location?

  12. Payments - Flexible Payment Option Configuration by Service Type

    Summary: Please update the payment feature to allow administrators to select which payment types (debit, credit, ACH) are available for each service or invoice category, rather than a single on/off toggle for both credit and debit cards together. This will provide the necessary flexibility to optimize payment acceptance and compliance across different business units.

    Current Limitation: Currently, JN's payment module only allows us to enable or disable credit and debit card acceptance as a single, bundled option. This restricts our ability to tailor payment methods by service type, as we cannot offer debit card payments for some services and not…

  14. I feel that Job Nimbus along with all the other like platforms really fall short in the siding department.

    I would highly recommend meeting with qualified siding installers to improve their experience. This issue is not isolated—it has been a challenge across various platforms we've worked with, and we’ve encountered similar problems with at least five other platforms. I believe if you could resolve this issue, you would position yourself ahead of the competition and establish leadership in this category. Addressing these concerns could significantly elevate your standing in the market.

  16. Recurring Automations

    Would love the ability to have automations be recurring (weekly, monthly, similar to a calendar option when making an appointment). I have several follow up emails sent to clients and sales reps based on how long a job or work order has been in a current status and would like to set those up to automatically send instead of having to create multiple different automations.

  18. Adding a "resend" estimate button to JobNimbus

    The logo requested the addition of a button to resend an estimate for signature. He wants another notification email to be sent when this button is clicked prompting the customer to sign the quote.

    When on the desktop i can not see the complete tittle. On the mobile app i can premake text options and select the proper one but on the desktop i can not see the complete title.
