Incoming Emails - assign/attach to a Job
Allow for assigning an incoming email to a job.
Currently I receive emails into JN but can not assign them to the appropriate job. This would be useful instead of remembering which contact sent the email to find said email.

CC all assigned reps on all emails
Need a feature to be able to have all assigned reps CC'd on all emails coming into file. In situations where our invoicing department sends an invoice and the customer responds directly to the invoice email, it will only go to the invoicing department and not to the project manager assigned.

Show Email status for the estimates
Show the email status for the estimates that are sent out so you can tell if a customer has received and opened them. You can see it on the other emails just not with the estimates.

I feel that Job Nimbus along with all the other like platforms really fall short in the siding department.
I would highly recommend meeting with qualified siding installers to improve their experience. This issue is not isolated—it has been a challenge across various platforms we've worked with, and we’ve encountered similar problems with at least five other platforms. I believe if you could resolve this issue, you would position yourself ahead of the competition and establish leadership in this category. Addressing these concerns could significantly elevate your standing in the market.

Email opt out checkbox (like the one for texting)
This would help make sure we still have their email to send estimates to but blocking them from getting any automations. This would help us comply with email laws.

Recurring Automations
Would love the ability to have automations be recurring (weekly, monthly, similar to a calendar option when making an appointment). I have several follow up emails sent to clients and sales reps based on how long a job or work order has been in a current status and would like to set those up to automatically send instead of having to create multiple different automations.

show full title on engage text messages.
When on the desktop i can not see the complete tittle. On the mobile app i can premake text options and select the proper one but on the desktop i can not see the complete title.

Templates for Each Note Option
We need the ability to add a full template to each note option. For example, when you select from the drop down, we would have an option for "NEW LEAD" and then in the note section a template would populate to fill out with an outline of what information needs to be taken and questions to ask.

Accessing Photos Related
The photo sharing features need improvement. When a customer sends us photos via JN email, even from within the job, i cannot always attach them to the estimate. I think all photos related should be accessible in the photos tab, in estimate attachments, and everywhere else a photo is used, even if it's to the contact or another job by the same contact. Please help! This is taking so much extra time to download and re-upload every photo!

Allow an automation to add new assignees in a workflow
I'd like to add assignees to a job when the job is accepted, so they can view work orders and material orders. I'd like this to be an automation so I don't have to continually run reports or manually add new assignees every time a job is accepted.
