Templates for Each Note Option
We need the ability to add a full template to each note option. For example, when you select from the drop down, we would have an option for "NEW LEAD" and then in the note section a template would populate to fill out with an outline of what information needs to be taken and questions to ask.

Accessing Photos Related
The photo sharing features need improvement. When a customer sends us photos via JN email, even from within the job, i cannot always attach them to the estimate. I think all photos related should be accessible in the photos tab, in estimate attachments, and everywhere else a photo is used, even if it's to the contact or another job by the same contact. Please help! This is taking so much extra time to download and re-upload every photo!

Allow an automation to add new assignees in a workflow
I'd like to add assignees to a job when the job is accepted, so they can view work orders and material orders. I'd like this to be an automation so I don't have to continually run reports or manually add new assignees every time a job is accepted.

Conversations with contacts
When I have multiple contacts with the same phone number I would like to be able to change the related contact. It always relates to the first contact, but I need to have it related to the contact that was most recently created.

When manually adding email to job it would be hanly to be able to link in to specific conact
When we add email manually to a job we use not type “email from client” or “email from contact”. It would be handy to be able to use not type “email from” and then be able to choose a specific contact so when we look for certain email in future we can search from specific emails with contact not thru all emails received in that job

Control Emails Associated with Client Response
JN User would like to be able to control the emails that are pulled in by the JobNimbus system when a client replies all to an email. Currently the system pulls any emails in the reply to be apart of the conversation.

Need Ability to Select Which Email Sends an Automation
The replies to our automations are not going to the correct recipients. Adding this feature would ensure that the correct person receives the reply to the automated email.

So many of us are giving the same "Idea Request's" but, just worded different and we are only getting some votes due to JN not recognizing and combining similar/same requests and us not having the time to read through them all to see if there is one already made! JN needs to help refine and combine these to help our Votes get addressed sooner. (No wonder why things aren’t progressing sooner with this program in areas that really need it.)

Make a public API endpoint available for Engage
We need to make this available to the business owners. It is crucial that we not only have the option to automate text messages, but have the ability to connect to AI. Some business owners like me miss out on opportunities to answer clients text quick enough and we should capitalize on this.

Customize Built in Emails from JobNimbus
It would be awesome to be able to control how a customer sees email messages from JobNimbus. For example, instead of the subject line showing [company name] sent you a quote, it would be nice to be able to set it to [sales rep] from [company name] sent you a quote.

Update Note Categorization or Deletion
With other CRM's that I've used in the past, it was really easy to change the relationship of an internal note, or change the relation of the note to a contact. I would like to see in the "Activity" section either the ability to be deleted, or change the "related" section to "example (contact)" to "example (job)" so that I don't have to delete the content of a note and move it manually.

Separating Email Threads
Having Separate Email threads for each job instead of a mashup of activity threads for multi project profiles would be a game changer. So difficult to sift through and find old emails for specific jobs.

Reporting-Status and Stage movement time/date stamp for each job
Ability to create a report that time stamps when a job moved into a new status and show all status for that job. Not just current status, but historical data on all status and stage of 1 job. So you could see when each stage and status historically. The ability to look back at a job and see how when it moved and how long it was in each status. This is a basic lookback reporting function. Current report options shows count or all jobs in a particular stage or status.

Email Send Time Limitations (Like Engage Texts)
Wants it to be possible to set up emails like text where they don’t go out between a certain time ie. (9pm and 7am).
