Add Attachments to Work Order Email
Sometimes we need to send some supporting documents or photos along with the work order to the assigned subcontractor.
We need an attachment button.
Currently, we send the work order by sending email from the main job page, ellipsis - send email - select email template, but by using this route, we have to enter the subcontractor's email address manually

Internal Chat Feature
An internal chat feature for the team to use. A chat feature that can allow people to talk within the company that doesn't have to be tied directly to a job or contact. Even having the ability to create groups of people would also be nice as a way for teams within the company to discuss issues or updates in real-time. Imagine a sales team chat to help with sales objections or answering questions where seasoned sales people can aid new salespeople. Or a group for specific internal events or competitions.

Setting To Automatically Attach Certain Attachment Types on Email Templates
When you create an email template, give the ability to automatically have the related job/contact attachment type attach to it without having to manually attach it once template created.

Removing "Re: [JobNimbus]" from every reply through Gmail
Every time a contact replies & our users reply back using Gmail (which is where we reply from, not in JobNimbus) it adds a new "Re:[JobNimbus]" for each reply, totaling up on a subject line making it visually unappealing/confusing to customers.
If no plans for an Gmail integration in future, we would like to at least see this feature of lengthening the subject line removed please

Forward phone calls to the Assigned person's number
Right now, phone calls can only forward to a single number. I'd love to have the option for phone calls to be forwarded to the current user assigned to the conversation.
Our goal with engage was to consolidate all communications with customers to one place. However, passing all call-backs straight to the office at all times has been frustrating for our sales representatives in trying to close a deal. If I could choose to forward calls to the assigned user, this would really help to streamline communications.

Select any email contact from list
Please, please, please, give us the ability to select from all of our contacts when sending an email. It seems ridiculous to me that this isn't an option.

Email Notifications within JobNimbus
JobNimbus is so great at handling emails to customers and their replies, that I'd love to bypass our own email service entirely. Going along with the ability to reply directly (as per another thread), it'd be great if there was a way to choose where you want to see emails.
One method might be that emails replied to and sent back to JN would show up like a task (or perhaps have their own Dashboard area) that could be customized (customer, job, subject, attachment icon, date/time, reply, assign (to another JN user) etc.
This could make managing the email funnel…

Red Flag or Identifier to show when a customer sent in a new email.
WHen a new email is recieved, a red icon or some sort of identifier along with automatic emails may help our logos keep better track of who needs to be responded too.

Status of sent estimate emails (i.e. Opened..)
Automation emails show if an email has been opened like so:
"Status: Opened"
Can this tracking feature be add to all emails sent though JobNimbus? Importantly, the sent estimate templates? This would be very helpful.

Be able to add PDF's to email templates for automations
We want to add a PDF to our welcome email template for an automation, but we're not able to. I'd like to be able to do this.

Ability to adjust line spacing on document templates
I'd like to be able to adjust the line spacing within the document templates rather than having to copy/paste from a Google Doc to get it right. There should be something built in to the template along the toolbar that allows for line spacing adjustments.
