Ability to use template custom fields in line items
Like template fields on an estimate, it would be great to be able to use fields that auto populate in the line items of an estimate that can draw data from a contact field. This would be helpful for repeated estimates that need the same/similar data.

Formula section for Estimates
I think we need a section that allows us to be able to create simple formulas with the estimate lines. For example: My team uses Hover for a siding estimate. They enter the linear feet of trim that hover displays for "Outside Corners" and it is in a "James Hardie Template". The formula I would need to write is: Outside Corner Linear Feet * .05 (round up) / 12 (12' is the length of the trim for James Hardie)
Don’t get hung up on Hover. We don’t always need a hover, but having that capability to convert a line item…

Have custom work order fields "required" be more customizable
I want to have custom work order fields be required for some of my work order types and some required for other types of work orders. Currently, if you mark one field "required" it's for all work order types. It would be great to see some customization.

Add multiple templates within one Work Order - Sections
I would like to add more than one saved template to the work order from the drop down template menu. this would allow us to compound the templates together on the work orders and build them faster.

Different waist factors for different items
We like to have different waist factors for different products like shingles have 1 factor but flashings have another factor. It would be great to have the option to use different factors for every item

Multiple Spots for Signature/Initials in NSE
It would be nice if we had the option to insert a signature/initial field in the Estimate for NSE. Right now, there is only the one signature page available, and this doesn't work for our business at this time. Currently, we are sending our Project Agreements through Adobe Sign, but would prefer to have everything in one place!

please allow more the 31 characters in the product name
only being allowed 31 characters in the product name is a pain it would be nice to be able to have more.
I tried to enter (Chimney flashing w/ counter flashing) and it is too big so I had to drop the last flashing to make it work

Show Revenue as Pre-Tax in Profit Tracker
Revenue in profit tracker is showed with sales tax included. Revenue should show the pre-tax amount, or at least give us the option to remove the sales tax from revenue.

Payments
If a payment is returned to have that deduct from what has been paid. Also would like it to show in Jobnimbus if there is a credit on an invoice after payments.

No Email Necessary; for Approval on Estimates to convert to an Invoice
If a customer does not have an email address and we manually "Approve" the estimate we do not need to make a "fake" email address for the customer, to mark it as signed and then, be able to convert to an invoice! If we mark it "Approved" and make note of how it was approved (in person, over the phone, signed sheet, etc.) and just be able to convert it to an invoice anyway, should be an option.

Additional Item Types for Products & Services
Currently you can only identify a product or service as 'labor' or 'material'. This makes it difficult to accurately job cost when we have to include other items/services in our estimates and jobs such as equipment rentals, disposal fees, permits, and other administrative/miscellaneous costs that don't necessarily fall under 'labor' or 'materials'. It would be nice to be able to categorize those items accordingly so we can accurately budget for these items.
Additional item types could include:
Equipment
Disposal
Other (this would be for any other product or service that doesn't fall under labor, material, or the two listed above)1 vote -

Import Measurements to Material Orders and Work Orders without estimate conversion.
I want the ability to create material and work orders using measurements, without needing to convert an estimate first. For example, if you use an estimate template with an Xactimate estimate and enter a lump sum in your estimate, you can’t quickly generate material or work orders because there are no line items in the estimate to pull from. This forces you to manually add line items and enter measurements for each, which is time-consuming.

Toggle on and off button for supplemental items listed in estimate but not approved yet from insurance
Allow Supplemental items to be listed in the estimate but have a feature to toggle the price of the line item on and off. That way they can be listed out on the estimate and then turned on and off based on what is approved from the insurance company. Currently I have to list them in my estimate but change the price individually to $0.00 until they approved and then I have to go change them back to the price when approved.

Sumo Quote contracts need to be IHCA compliant in verbage
Our attorney states that if yor contract is not IHCA compliant in verbage, it will not hold up under legal scrutiny. Is the Sumo quote compliant to this fact?

New Payment screen causes more work
The new payment screen requires you to enter payment amount twice. Why add work and possible mistakes? Please make it where you only enter once

Labor Cost in addition to Job Cost on work order
On work orders, when editing it breaks out labor costs as well as material cost, but when you save it it lumps it all together and you cannot see them separately without going back into edit the work order. It would be very nice for us to be able to save the work order with just labor cost on it, so we can send our subcontractors out into the field with a pay sheet, so they know what the pay is (based on the products and services labor cost) on the job before work has started.
