Be able to have a color in section titles in estimates
It would make the estimate easier to read if we could color in the sections rather than just a gray color and would help just make them stand out to indicate its a section.

Hide amounts or not to hide amounts, or items
I want to be able to hide or not hide items individually within a section.
i.e.
I am bidding to add lighting in a horse barn/arena. I don't want them getting lost in the involved items but I want them to see I am charging them for 14 fixtures and then I would also be able to have the direct attached image instead of adding an image attachment separately.

Add logos of credit card companies to Invoice templates
Ability to insert photos into invoice templates such as "Amex" or "Visa" so customers know we accept these types of credit card payments

Single grouped price in estimates
What I need is for it to show individual quantity for each item but not price just a total group price. I don’t want to show what each item cost, just how many the estimates includes but I do what to show the Toal for that group.

Add multiple templates within one Work Order - Sections
I would like to add more than one saved template to the work order from the drop down template menu. this would allow us to compound the templates together on the work orders and build them faster.

Add Contact Info to Invoice Reports
It would be highly beneficial to be able to include the specific contact information to Invoice reports ie: address, email, phone number.

Footer notes and Emails
When signing is turned off on a simple estimate, I would like to be able to add footer notes. I would also like to be able to add multiple emails for sending when signing is turned off as well.

Add a custom page to Simple Estimate
For the fencing industry it's crucial to attach a drawing of the plan but we don't always need a full proposal like the standard estimating mode. It would be a great improvement to be able to add a custom PDF page to the simple estimates.

Payment Requests Shouldn't be Controlled by Permission to Create, Edit or Delete an Invoice
If you want to set the permissions for sales people so that they can view an invoice but not be able to create, edit or delete and invoice, that setting should not then cause them to lose the ability to request or process a payment.
I want salespeople to be able to request a 30% deposit from an estimate. This in no way relates to an invoice.
I want them to be able to process a deposit or a final payment for a job while they are at the house. They should be able to do this.

Add ability to change font size on Footer in Simple Estimate
The font size in the Footer notes in the Simple Estimate is way too large. It is much larger than the item descriptions. Footer font size is typically smaller than the rest of a document. Add the ability to change the font size. This enables me to put T&C in the footer for Simple Estimates. Otherwise, there are no T&C.

Add delivery date field to Material Orders
We'd like to be able to add a delivery date to our material orders again, the new updates have removed this feature so now we have to create a workaround with the supplier comments - it would be easier to communicate with suppliers, along with track and report on this data with a set date field.

Estimate Template Building
If anyone has ever used Sumoquote to build estimate templates / Layouts they will come and try to use the Nimbus version and be horrified. I can whip out multiple high detail templates in a few hours in SUMO. In Nimbus I must jockey 2 tabs at top of screen and go back and forth between products and services and the other tab with the layout loaded. 1 line Item to edit is up to 15 minutes. The changes made in Products and services don't immediately show up on Layout template. I usually have to refresh and delete / add…

Mass Email Payment Requests
have a button on the financials dashboard to send out the payment link to all customers with an open balance, and filter by status (great for deposits or week of install, or for final invoice/closeout)

Allow for Sales Reps to see commissions that ONLY apply to them, and no other team members.

Add multiple contacts to invoice to show all responsible parties
I can add multiple folks to sign the contract/estimate but can then only have one of those folks on the invoice. I know i can email an attachment of the invoice to more than one person, but I'd love to have all responsible parties included on the invoice as well!

Allow one payment to apply to multiple invoices and show the credit amount automatically
We ran one payment in JobNimbus Payments for two invoices on a job, and we weren't able to apply it to the two invoices, so we had to manually record it as two separate payments. It'd be really helpful to apply the payment to multiple invoices or at least to show a preview of the credit available on a payment if it was over the invoiced amount rather than having to manually create a credit memo.
