  1. Show Materials Listed w/ Quantities for Better/Best options

    Right now when someone chooses the better or best option, we can only see materials listed with no quantities. It does not show us the amount of materials listed on the ordering section once the contract has been signed as they selected one of the options that includes everything from the previous selection (good, better, best).

  2. Creating Material Order - SLOW

    Goodness, when you create a material order and it's integrated to a supplier, it goes slow as molasses, like you're running an old computer. If you have to create a material order from scratch or start with a material order template, it makes the process take a LOT longer than it should. Very slow...need speed.

  3. Linked Job Name Not Updating in Budget

    When the job name is changed, the linked job name in the budget does not update automatically and continues to reference the old job name. Additionally, the system does not allow manual correction of the linked job name. To ensure accurate reporting and reduce confusion, the system should either automatically update the linked job name in the budget or provide users with the ability to manually update it as needed.

  4. SQ to NSE "We can help you with" field is missing

    User would like to be able to use the setting from SumoQuote on the New Estimate Experience under Configure> Branding> Account Details> "We can help you with" field to add additional context to the Title page of the Estimates

  5. Smart Estimate

    Option for some folks like our selfs to continue using smart estimates to create internal documents that we would be able to edit and leaving the NSE as separate option for presentation to the customers when creating proposals.

    Example -

    Smart Estimate - We use the smart estimates to pricing on a project - we then use this internal document (estimate) to create work orders, material orders and make any internal adjustments as needed (pre/post project) without reflecting on the proposal.

  6. Rotate Photos with one click

    Be able to rotate photos when annotating them in the inspection page...right now the rotate function makes you click dozens of times just to get a 90 degree rotation.

  7. Templates for "Cost" in Profit Tracker

    It would be helpful to be able to make templates for the Cost tab if we are entering information manually. Being able to create a template would save us a lot of time.

  8. Hide Line Item Totals in New Material Orders

    Would like the option to hide the line item totals in the material order so that when I send it to my supplier. The legacy version use to have an area that you could toggle off the quantity and numbers, that way someone would not see that section, but I could still see it on the document in the documents section of the job. Would love for that feature to be extended NSE Material Orders.

  9. Template Field/Estimate Token for Estimate Approved Date or Date Signed

    In the state of PA, we are required by law to include two copies of a "Right to Cancel" form with any estimate we create and send to a customer. We are trying to set up our estimates to include one, but we are running into a snag: There is no estimate token that allows us to include the date that the estimate was signed.   10. Increase the Photo Limit on New Sales Experience Estimates

    Currently, the formatting for the inspection page on new sales experience estimates will only allow 10 MB per image. There also doesn't seem to be a limitation on HOW MANY of those images you can upload before the system can't handle it.

  11. Require Multiple Pages to be Signed on an Estimate (Not Just Initialed)

    We need a PDF page inserted into our contract that needs to be signed by the homeowner. This page is required by law to be signed every time we contract a job with a Homeowner and Explicitly state that initials do not work. WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO REQUEST A FULL SIGNATURE in specific sections of a page.

  13. Progress Billing and Partial AR Closure on Single Invoice

    For insurance restoration projects with long supplement approvals and multiple trades, JobNimbus currently requires either a single open invoice or multiple invoices, neither of which aligns with industry payment practices.
    Requested Improvements: 1) Enable progress billing on a single invoice, allowing partial payments to be applied and portions of the invoice to be marked as completed by phase or trade. 2) Update AR reporting to show progress payments and remaining balances against the total supplement amount. 3) Allow tracking of work completion by phase or trade within the invoice, using custom fields or structured notes.

  16. If you set it to only go off of Margin, then the system should only calculate off of Margin.

    Currently, the NSE estimate system adjusts the margin percentage automatically based on a couple of different things. 1. The price set of the product in Products & Services. 2. The markup percentage on that product, even though it's set to only go off of Margin. This will throw off the margin and even go below the set margin minimum, which can lead to loss of business if not noticed, and the estimate is sent off without notice.   17. Turn off estimate emails

    I would like the option to turn off the email requesting the down payment when marking an estimate as signed. We have some customers that come in and physically sign a copy of the estimate and when I go into the new estimates and mark it signed it automatically sends out an email and requests a down payment even though they have made the payment. This has become confusing for our customers as they think that we have lost their payments.

  19. Profit Tracker in-depth breakdowns

    Profit tracker gives you a data table or graph, quite often, to represent the data pulled from different profit trackers on the jobs themselves. If you could click on a specific data field in the profit tracker insights page and see a breakdown, or even simply a link that will take you directly to the job the data is associated would save so much time when browsing the data and checking and validating that it is legit.
