  4. Ability to translate items into other languages

    For example, the ability to convert work orders from English to another language so the instructions are easier to understand from a non-English speaking worker.

  5. Limit Payment methods per invoice

    The current all or nothing option for turning on/off the payment button on the invoices could be tweaked to really make the function useful. I have some clients that I want to offer the payment option on the invoice for ACH/credit but I definitely have others I do not want to offer that option to. For example when I was using Zoho, they had a simple check box on the contacts profile to enable the "green payment" button. Id really like to see this implemented. Thanks.

    Also, some job types (e.g. insurance) should only be offered ACH as a payment…

  6. The capability to create a material order based on the unit of measure of materials we build into jobs

    We are a painting company that quotes our jobs by square and linear footage. It would be wonderful if we could automate the process of our material order forms, even if it was a general automation that would save so much time.

    Example:

    A customer wants a standard 20x20 room painted, walls only. We know based on the square footage we will need to purchase 2 gallons of paint. JobNimbus should be able to allow us to set material item conditions based on the products/services unit of measure!

  7. Totals for Labor & Material Cost shown when editing

    The new labor and material split integration is great. However, not showing the total labor and total material at the bottom of the estimate (for us, not the customer) makes it very difficult to find what the totals are. We would have to add up each line item (sometimes 40 line items) to find the total labor cost and total material cost for each estimate. This makes tracking efficiency of estimates very hard when comparing estimate to actual.

  8. Connect design template to saved work orders

    It would be really helpful when creating a new work order if when I select a design template that it would automatically choose an assigned "saved work order" so it autopopulates the work order outline below.

  9. More responsive, mobile-friendly financials (Estimates, WOs, MOs, etc)

    Fields are currently too small and quantity and pricing cannot be clearly seen at all times.

  11. Easier way to add line items between other line items

    Have you tried dragging and dropping a new item near the top of the page on a large 30 line or more estimate? It's tedious, and amazingly time consuming, especially since the browser doesn't auto scroll up and follow the dragged item with the cursor. When moving an item above the fold you have to drag it, then drop it, then scroll up, then drag it then drop it, then scroll up. It's like carrying a 100 lb gorilla that is too heavy to carry. So you have to keep setting him down take a breather then carry him again…

    Sorry you’ve had difficulties with this! We already have ideas formulating for improving this experience. We’ll do what we can to release those ideas when they’re ready!

  12. Deposit Required Line for Estimates

    Is there a way to add a Deposit Value on quotes.

    So the sums total would look like this.

    Quote Price $10,000.00
    TAX $500.00
    Sub Total $10,500.00
    Deposit Required $5,000.00
    Balance Due on Completion $5,500.00

    There isn’t a way to require a deposit at this time on the estimate, but you can add it as a line item and that will help in the meantime until we have more native support of this feature.

  13. Commissions Approval

    It would be nice if a sales rep can enter a budget and commission request, then request approval. Management would need to pull a budget report with a filter for "unpaid commissions" to fix this.

  14. Collapse/Hide line items with zero quantity when saving, expand when editing

    I attached screen shot. I created this material order template for internal use only. We don't/won't be using the JN material order to place orders with vendors. But we need a way for our Reps to input data for how many of certain items need to be ordered. These are mostly accessories and don't need any math conversion to determine the quantities. I created a super set template of the items the Reps have to fill quantities in when needed. All items are never needed. Be much nicer if the JN tool would automatically collapse items with zero quantity listed…

  15. Print option for invoices directly from financial tab

    It would be great to be able to print an invoice directly from the financial tab, without having to Pdf View it first. Can you add a print option like you have done on the attachments tab?

  16. Line Item Discount Percent on a estimate/invoice

    I need to be able to add a discount to products when creating an estimate. It would be very simple to add a percentage discount to an item that would show the customer the exact amount they are saving.

    Original Price = $100 // 10% Savings = $10 OFF // SALE Price = $90

  17. Purchase order

    Build a purchase order system that links to quickbooks and builds off of the way quickbooks does it. Be able to convert to budgets.

  18. Signatures on Emailed Estimates

    It would save us a lot of time if we could put our signature on estimates as an image. That way a customer can print it, sign it and mail it to us with a check. It would also be nice if we could have them digitally sign the estimate, especially for customers paying by credit card. That way everything is contained within JobNimbus.

    If you’re in the field, you can already get estimates signed using the 2.0 version of our mobile app. No setup is required, just open the estimate PDF from the app and use the option to “Add Signature”.

    You can get a signature on estimates using our Document Builder, but it’s an old system and will be replaced when we get a better signature system built into the web platform. Stay tuned for that!

  19. Job Profit Calculation (Job Costing)

    Once all said and done, It would be nice to get a profit calculated for the Job. The 'Budget" has some nice features that could accomplish some of these things but would need to expanded. Some of the things to include
    1) Material cost
    2) Labor Cost (per employee) Cost vary
    3) a)Original price Line for projject
    b) Added/Subtracted Change orders as line items
    c) Total Job Price
    4) More choices, teirs to calculate the commission
    5) Able to print out as well as save per job
