  1. Autosave Estimates

    There should be an autosave option while creating the estimates. I'm not sure how this isn't a thing already, but think it would be very beneficial to the sales reps. We have had times they were working on an estimate, we lose internet or job nimbus goes down and it completely wipes the entire estimate they were doing and they have to start over again. Just something to take into consideration, more comforting and less time consuming. I believe an autosave just like Microsoft Word/Excel etc. have every 10 minutes is a great addition to job nimbus and should be…

  2. Negative Payments

    the ability to record negative payments for when something during a job goes wrong (for example) and a portion of the amount paid by the customer is refunded to them. A credit memo does not work, as it does not update the amount originally paid by the customer, per the total on the "payments" tab.

  4. Checkbox for Completing Work Orders

    It would be very helpful to have a quick way to mark Work Orders completed, instead of "3 dots, Change Status, darn my mouse went too far...start over. 3 dots, darn...start over... 3 dots, gonna get it this time, Change Status, Completed. Wait until it processes. Move to the next one..."

    If we could check a box, like Tasks, that would be great. Yes, I know, Tasks are simpler and Work Orders are more complicated, but in the settings when we go through the Workflow options, we could just have an option for which status the check box corresponds to.…

  5. Grouped line items in sections (for totals) and ability to duplicate/delete sections

    Ability for line items to be grouped by sections, those sections have cost totals per section (have option to display section totals or line totals on templates), and the ability to have those sections duplicated/deleted for more efficient estimate/invoice building.

  6. Show sum calculations of all invoices on the financials tab

    Allow the invoice section on the financials tab to be customized so that sum calculations can be added to the total, paid, and due columns

  7. When an estimate is sent, why doesn't the status automatically update to sent?

    When I send an email and attach the estimate, the system should recognize that it was sent. Perhaps by a "viewed" trigger, since the system is capable of displaying read receipts.

  8. Bulk Edit on estimates, invoices, and work orders.

    I would like to have the ability to click on multiple line items in an estimate, invoice, or work orders and delete them all at once. Right now we have to manually click on the X to the left of every item. This would save lots of time

  9. Single grouped price in estimates

    What I need is for it to show individual quantity for each item but not price just a total group price. I don’t want to show what each item cost, just how many the estimates includes but I do what to show the Toal for that group.

  10. Manually able to enter Invoice Number or Job number on Estimates/invoices

    I would like to be able to manually enter job numbers on invoices and estimates approved. We give numbers for multiple locations so this causes and issue. It's creating an invoice number that isnt' "real" so our customers are confused.

    A change order template similar to Work orders and Material Orders with all the same automations.

  12. Save Feature

    I'd like to have the option to SAVE my documents/ estimates/ invoices while I'm working on them (without it closing on me); Sometimes they are quite long and I've accidentally closed the screen after spending a long time on entering information. The only option is to save and close now

  15. Sections that group line items together

    I think it would be immensely helpful for sections to group the line items together. Doing this would open up a whole list of possibilities, including:

    -moving whole sections together instead of one line item at a time
    -mass deletion of sections
    -adding line items to specific sections
    -creating work orders off of individual sections
    -creating "pre-made sections" to add to estimates

    Doing sections like this would solve a lot of issues my company has and covers some issues other posters have pointed out as well. Specifically, this would allow a more building-block way of making estimates so we could…
