Move Estimate from Contact to JobIt would be nice to be able to convert an estimate that was created under the Contact to a Job. The problem I'm having is when i create a contact then add an estimate then if i win the estimate i add a job then the estimate is not under the job. is there away to assign estimates to the job so i can convert in to an invoice under the job? 126 votes

Allow different email and phone on jobI would like to see an additional email and phone number in the jobs. Some jobs under a contact might have a different person of contact from other jobs. Example of this would be, we are currently dealing with a large property management company that pays the bills, but has 3 managers that are in control of a certain amount of buildings. I would like to be able to leave the primary contact as the property management company with their information and then be able to put the specific managers info in the jobs for direct communication with them. Restrict Moving Job out of Certain Statuses (Protected Statuses)- Is there a way to restrict a team member from pulling a job out of a status with in the workflow. For example if our simple work flow is lead – contract – permit – production – invoicing. Can we make it so only one person or Access profile can pull job out of the permit status regardless of where they place it (forward / backward / skip ahead). We want to make sure things aren’t being forced ahead until a specific task is completed.

Have a visual indicator to show when a job file hasn't been updated recently.Some flag (visible in the Job List) to indicate a job that hasn't been updated in several days. I.E. - A green dot to show an updated job, a yellow if it hasn't been updated (whether journal note, task, etc) in a couple days, and a red flag if the job has gone several days without attention. 23 votes

Pop-UpsThere should be an ability to add a forced Pop-Up to Jobs/Customers. For example, if we have a customer who cannot be called before 9:00 AM, then I want to be able to have a pop-up appear whenever that contact or job is added that says "Do Not Call Before 9:00AM". Or if the customer has to pay via check or cash, then I would like to be able to create a pop-up for that account to notify anyone who opens it that that is the case. 18 votes

Be able to call all Contacts directly from the job (not just the primary contact) from the appCurrently, WHILE USING THE APP when there is more than one contact attached to a job you can only call the primary contact directly from that job (not the secondary contact). There is a work around which would be to go into "Details" and click on the secondary contact and call from there. However, the problem is that then the notes from that phone call store under the contact and not the job (we are aware to relate the contacts and then when in the job click the “related” button and from there all notes from any attached/related contacts or… 16 votes

Creating new jobsThe new way of adding jobs doesn't allow for the choosing of zip code and the city popping up anymore. I feel like that went backwards When I select a contact, it already has a salesman selected for it. However, when the job gets created, it doesn't pull that salesman into the job. It has to be selected again. Again, I feel like that went backwards Sometimes I have to email invoices to a project manager AND a main accounting email. I suggest having a multiple email option for a contact. 14 votes

When configured to use jobs, limit what entities can be attached to a customerWe need the option to disallow creating, financials, attachments, etc when JobNimbus is configured to use Jobs. When a customer record is selected, it should only show the list of jobs related to the customer and have the ability to create a new job. We often have salesmen attach documents and financial info the the customer record instead of the appropriate Job. You can't move them, so it is delete and redo. 13 votes

Notes - Sub NotesWe use notes as a means for updates on the job. Instead of creating an entirely new note to acknowledge a note that I am tagged in (or anyone else on the team) that is populated above the previous note - having a sub note feature would be super useful and keep the notes section way more organized & clean 12 votes

A place to identify a project manager, as the main assignee to the project.A place to identify a project manager, as the main assignee to the project. Like the Salesman, and Subcontractors are on assigned. Looking for a way to assign a "User" as the main manager and internal contact for a project, and the salesman are typically not project managers. Keep Pictures in orderThe pictures need to be able to move around and put in a certain order. As a veteran adjuster most adjusters put pictures in a certain order. Front elevation, right elevation, rear elevation, left elevation, roof, interior. This will make every file the same and can send pictures to adjusters and they can follow much easier. 10 votes

Days since last contactIt would be very advantageous to have a Days Since Last Contact displayed on a job. That way any sales manager does not need to go into a job to look for the last email, text, or call made. It could simply be displayed on the job card or below the days in status stat. Having something stay in a status for a longer period of time is ok as long as a sales person is staying in touch with the homeowner or business owner. But right now I can't really track that stat and can't find a good way… 9 votes

Email Automation ShutoffThe ability to shut jobs (or contacts) off from receiving emails triggered by automations you have set up. For example if a quote is sent out and you have an automation set up to send a follow up email 2,7,14,and 30 days after, you could shut a job off from this rule because they already told you they need x amount of time to make a decision. This would avoid emails going out to jobs that technically fall under the rules of the automation but don't need the follow up. 7 votes
