Different card customizations for each list
The card customization is helpful and it'd be great to customize what information shows on a board card based on the list/status that job is in.

Display the type of each work order
In the new Job view, it does not list the type of work order, but in the previous job view it did. Now if we have multiple work orders, we have to click on the work order to see what type it is. It was helpful when it listed if it was gutter, painting, roof, etc. I have uploaded a screenshot to show what it was like before when it listed the type, and what it looks like now without.

Have the first page of the work order and material order be a photo of the home and address
We got accustomed to this with sumo quote. The first page of the work being the photo of the house and address really helps crews know they are at the right house. Also our supplier has mentioned that they really like this as it also helps their drivers when they are delivering materials before the job starts.

Consolidate Photo Uploads
It would be really helpful if the activity log could consolidate photo uploads. Right now, when multiple photos are uploaded at once, each one generates its own separate “photo uploaded to job” entry. This clutters the activity feed and makes it harder to track other important updates. Ideally, a single log entry could summarize the batch upload (e.g., “10 photos uploaded to job”), keeping the feed more organized and readable.

Why did you remove the Job name from the Job card?
Why remove the job name from the card on the right? Now I can only see it in the overview. It used to be there above the address. Please please please change it back, that's massively annoying when I have a bunch of tabs pulled up and trying to find a specific job.
Side note: thank you for making the job card collapsible - definite improvement.4 votes -
Allow contact display name to show on activity of texts in Job record
With the recent changes made with the new jobs experience one of the changes included adding the phone number to the job records. This also changed when a text is sent to the contact from the job record, so that it now only displays the number and not the display name of the contact when viewing it on the job activity.

Adding Conditional Field for Jobs
Adding conditional field logic capability, would increase productivity and efficiency. Having to scroll past several fields that are irrelevant is not only annoying but not practical. I have seen another post in here regarding this same feature from 2019 however there has been no response from JobNimbus.
Not to mention, this feature would benefit your customers and would benefit JobNimbus by having similar features as your competitors.

More Job Name Options
It would be nice to have more ways to ways to name a job. For example, I've always been used to seeing PO# - Name but JobNimbus currently only does Name - PO#.

Private Notes Easily Identified in website
In the Activity Tab of a job, in the notes: If a note has been marked as "Private," the note in the web based version does not show any indication of that note being private (the phone based app does show these as private). The website version of JobNimbus needs this clarification as well. We currently have to click on "Edit" just to see that the note is or is not Private.

Unified Contact-Based Task Management
Summary:
Enable users to create, view, and manage all contact-related tasks directly within the contact record, rather than through separate task pages. This would streamline business development, prospecting, and follow-up workflows.Current Problem
Task Association is Disconnected:
Currently, creating a task or follow-up for a contact requires navigating away from the contact record, creating a new task, then manually associating that contact to the task. This adds several unnecessary steps.Visibility Gap:
There is no single place to see all tasks—past, present, and future—associated with a contact. Once tasks are completed, they become difficult or impossible to locate from the…1 vote -
Add inspection images page to workorder from the signed quote
In sumo quote when I create a work order it adds the inspection images page to the work. These are things the sales guy made a point to take an image for clarity on instructions or a particular item to the homeowner in his estimate and signed quote. This really helps improve communication to our crews. This way the right item gets removed or stays on the roof, or special details pointed out. It also saves me a lot of time not having to go into our photo album and repeat the process.

ADD LEAD SOURCE TO CONTACTS ON JOBV2
On the new "job experience" Lead Source is ONLY on Jobs not on Contacts. Need this on Contacts levels. Also must be able to run reports on Lead sources to track our lead flow.

Have somewhere that shows Inputted Job Fields only
I wanted to suggest an important improvement to how job information is displayed. Right now, the only place to view job fields is within the “Fields” section, which shows all possible fields. This makes it difficult to quickly identify the pertinent details for a specific job.
It would be extremely helpful to have a summary section at the top of the page (ideally right under the job name, job number, and email OR on the right in the details drawer [would think that is where the details should be found afterall]) that displays only the filled-in fields relevant to that…

Organize Data By Address
We need a way to organize our data by address. A proposed way to do this while keeping the current system of organization, is to offer a 2nd way to view our data and even integrate it with 3rd parties (such as hail tracking programs): At the top where you have Home, Jobs, Calendar... there can be another header called Addresses. There, you can sort by any address field - Address line 1 or 2, City, Zip Code. You can drop down on each address to see the different jobs created at that address with the primary contact for the…

I’m getting complaints from my estimators about creating a contact through the “add job”. When you create a contact leading into a job I have 4 complaints: Phone number is a required field, email is a required field, the zip code doesn’t auto fill the city, and the state is a drop down selection requiring a break in flow when it should/could default to Washington. I know you can easily change this because none of these are the case when you “add contact”. I want “create new contact” when creating a job to be the same as when you just…
