Backdate Stage Dates on Insights
I would like to be able to manually change the stage date shown on Insights.

Can we add a photo to the contact from the job files - I would like to be able to add a photo of the front of the house to each job
I would love to be able to add a photo to the job contact file right from the job photos- I think being able to add a photo of the front of the house as an extra layer of protection to get the crew to the right house. the first photo we take of the house from the road always gets buried at the bottom.

Add Contacts Button in Top Toolbar & Search In Contacts
Add a navigation button to the toolbar for opening the contacts page. Add a search feature on the contacts list that filters the contacts list in a larger area than the top search bar. The top search bar search is not a good way to see a list of contacts that comes up in the search for a name or address. Search filters in general need to be better.

Required Field When Moving a Job to Lost
When changing the status of a job to Lost, I would like a way to require it to give a reason why from a predetermined drop-down list.

Change job name default
Add the option to change the default job name from the address in jobs v2. This is preventing them from showing in the search bar when searching the contact name.

Be able to set any field as 'required' and not just the custom ones
Be able to set any field as required and not just custom fields. For example email address or lead source should be able to be made required. This will assist in pulling more accurate reports.

Automating the quoting experience from signing a SumoQuote...to generating a material order...and work order with the click of a button
We came over from Rooflink and were able to completely customize and automate the process from signed contract, to measurement report, material order and work order. All with a couple clicks. Of course we needed to confirm quantities and make some adjustments but the process was simple and repeatable for all reps. So easy that a new hire could complete it with little training. The current process is not well thought out with Job Nimbus. Since we now link with Suppliers this should be a possibility to create these type of automations. Need the ability to print a signed or blank proposal. Some older folks want a paper contract to look at or have for records after the work is completed.

When searching, allow keyboard arrows for scrolling through populated results...
During our time using JobNimbus (since 2018), our office personnel has been able to use the search field to look up customers or addresses and scroll through the results using the arrows on our keyboard. As of Friday 8/26/24, that feature no longer works. Since that feature assisted greatly with efficiency while on customer phone calls, I'm sure forgetting to turn it back on with the latest update was simply an oversight. Please reinstate that feature as my team and I have have used that function for years. Thank you for your help with this :)

Unwanted auto Assigning people to jobs
Assigning a person to a specific job or task automatically assigns them to the contact file as well. I was told it was intentional and could not be changed.
This continues to be an issue, because we assign specific jobs to subcontractors, but we don't want them to be assigned to the main contact's file. It also has a minor annoyance when adding tasks for office staff, as manually adding a task will assign the person to the contact, but our office staff are Admin level and do not need or want to be assigned to specific contacts

Fix jumpy scrolling in boards
When slowly scrolling down the jobs in boards the scrolling is jumpy and makes it easy to miss a job. I often have to "audit" the jobs in each board and I have to be very careful while scrolling to make sure I don't skip one when the job cards jump. I imagine this is because it is loading but if there is a way to fix this so that the scrolling is smooth and just stops while loading but doesn't jump down when it is done loading that would be very helpful. Flag a Contact due to Non-payment
We would like to be able to flag a contact/customer when they have been identified by a manager or accounting team due to non-payment so that we don't continue to complete work for them without payment. Some sort of visible indicator to make it obvious or to have to have an approval from a certain profile to be able to proceed.

Not Require Adding a Phone Number and Email when adding a Contact.
On JobsV2 I would like to be able to add a contact without having to add a phone number and email. We don't always have that information available when we get a new lead.

Persistent Issue with Merge Feature
I am writing to express my significant concern regarding an ongoing issue with the merge feature in JobNimbus, which has critically impacted our operations for over two months. Despite submitting a ticket two months ago, there has been no resolution, and the lack of progress is now affecting our client relationships and project management.
The main problems are:
Inability to email merged clients directly from JobNimbus.
Loss of access to templates and client history post-merge.
