Make Job Layout Settings Global Across the Organization
On the new jobs experience dashboard, we would like widget layout changes (e.g., dashboard arrangement and panel visibility) to apply globally across their organization rather than being user-specific. This would ensure consistency in workflows and visual layouts for all team members.

Customer Share Note
Having the ability to edit the message in the email the customer gets that we have shared their profile with them. Being able to write a short email that describes what has been shared and provides an update to their job status without sending a separate email outlining updates and what could be a straightforward single email with a shared profile link. Could add it in under the first pop up.

Notes - Sub Notes
We use notes as a means for updates on the job. Instead of creating an entirely new note to acknowledge a note that I am tagged in (or anyone else on the team) that is populated above the previous note - having a sub note feature would be super useful and keep the notes section way more organized & clean

Be able to scroll through documents like you can in photos
Instead of having to open each document and then close to view diff ones, add the arrow to scroll through all of them just like the option is under photos.

Eagleview Property Data Widget
On the job dashboard the eagleview property data widget is not available on the mobile app. I was just at a new customers house looking at roof damage and, when I created the job, I realized there is nowhere on the mobile app to view the sqft, pitch and # of squares. This is where the information is critical. In the field, in a customers living room, where the closing happens! Face to face interaction is always your best opportunity to close a deal. It would be nice if sqft, pitch and # squares could be posted somewhere. Even if…

Email feature needs a significant update
There are several corrections and improvements that should be made with email feature. One thing I noticed that can make any company look unorganized and needs to be addressed immediately is if you have 2 or more contacts listed and connected to a job, when you create an invoice and choose from the job contacts who it goes to, then email it to that same contact - it still pulls the "primary contact" info!
Also, make email signatures per user a thing!
Improvements need to be made to the CC feature

Job Description pull-down window expansion
We use the Job Description for every job. We type notes regarding all job and job point of contact details and often print the job page for the crew workers and estimators. While these notes are not always extensive, often they are and being able to pull down the corner to expand the typing window is crucial. We need to make sure those notes are efficient, spaced properly, and easy to read for both managers and crew workers on the job. Larger photos with descriptions on the work orders
I would love to have the ability to add larger photos to my work orders. The crews cannot tell what is going on using the small photos and cannot give a description, would like to see it similar to the "Estimates"

Option to upload cover photo for job directly in main dashboard
It would be nice if the pop up that opens when pressing "select Photo" in the main job dashboard, would give the option to upload a new photo directly. Currently I have to navigate to the photo tab upload then go back to main dashboard and click another pop up where I can then select the photo.

Estimate Status Column on Job Listings Under Contact
We have different customers like builders, property managers, real estate agents, insurance agents, etc. that have multiple active jobs open in various stages of estimating and job progression. It would be nice to be able to add a column onto the jobs dashboard under the customer for not just job status but estimate status as well. Note Differentiation for Shared Jobs
There should be a difference between the notes that customers are able to leave on the shared job profile vs the notes that are currently able to be created. They are left under the profile name that the link was originally sent from. If a customer leaves a note, it does not say it is from "the customer" it says the username. This is making it confusing for both the customer and our office about who left the note.

auto fill address
Please for the love of God AUTO FILL THE ADDRESS. You said that it was on your to-do list 2 years ago. It is now 2025 and we still cant auto fill address's. It can't be that hard. please auto fill customer address's.

Invoice Due Date Custom Field on Boards
Ability to add invoice due date on custom fields on job board. that way when i open the kanban board i can quickly see upcoming due dates without having to open the job card and the invoice section.

Contact information for builders/gc/buisnesses
When adding a new contact in the new experience, it asks you to type the contact's 'First Name/Company' to search for them, but if they're new and you need to add them as a new contact, you wouldn't put the Company Name up there, you need to go down and expand 'Other Info' tab and put the company name there. It's also very inconvenient that you can't change the contact display name while you're adding it. Related Contact types for Insurance companies, Adjusters, and Permitting Jurisdictions
In our workflows, we frequently need to associate the same contact with multiple jobs. Examples include insurance carriers, individual adjusters, and city or county permitting offices. While JobNimbus allows a contact to be linked to multiple jobs, all activity, documents, and correspondence tied to that contact currently appear across every associated job. This creates clutter in job activity feeds and makes it difficult to determine which communication belongs to which job.
