Ability to pin notes on activity page for important information that may not be necessarily needed in the contact details, but that can be unpinned too, when needed.

There should be an option to "Pin" activities in the activity feed of a contact/job.

Activity feeds can fill up quick with hundreds of entries, such as general notes, tags, texts, calls, emails, etc. The default view is 5 items per page, which you can change up to 100 per page.
Sometimes, very important information is entered into the activity feed, which can easily be missed within all the other entries or take a ton of time to scan through to find.

Pinning activities would allow important entires to be pinned at the very top of the activity feed for all to see at a quick glance anytime they load a contact page. Anyone who loads the contact page can be brought up to speed on something instantly.

Maybe its an important email, voicemail, text, or just an important announcement, alert, etc, pertaining to the contact that you can broadcast to anyone who loads the contact.

I think this would be an extremely beneficial feature for everyone who uses Job Nimbus, and simple enough to have implemented relatively quickly.

Have the ability to mark a note or activity to pin so that the relevant information stays at the top of all the notes to help with customer experience and transfer of project between departments.

It would be nice to have the ability to "pin" certain notes to the top of the job or customer. Like a code for entry to a job or an important note for invoicing. sometimes I find myself looking through 30 notes to find what I am looking for.

The description doesn't allow for hyperlinks which is what I'm wanting it for.

Have you tried using the "Description" section where you create the Contact or Job?

This should be pretty straight forward, but we have some notes on files that would be much easier to reference if we could sticky them to the top.

Yes, ASAP! I'd like to be able to pin multiple notes if needed. Notes get lost so quickly if you are sending emails through the Job. I like the idea of the Description field being separate for general information about the job. A pinned note for important updates would be so useful.

We utilize the description field, but still wish daily we had the ability to "pin" an important post instead of having to search and find specific entries based on a word search.
