Create "Work Order" Automations
Automate "Work Order" Creations. For Ex: When the "Status" is moved to a specific department / Status, a work order is automatically created. We currently have to manually create thousands of work orders a year for every department to view on their work flow boards. If you can currently automate creating tasks when the job status is moved, why can you not create a work order the same way? The work order specifics will be set up like the task specifics when setting the "action". For Ex: *Design template *Saved work order *Work order Type *Assigned to.

Have the first page of the work order and material order be a photo of the home and address
We got accustomed to this with sumo quote. The first page of the work being the photo of the house and address really helps crews know they are at the right house. Also our supplier has mentioned that they really like this as it also helps their drivers when they are delivering materials before the job starts.

Add inspection images page to workorder from the signed quote
In sumo quote when I create a work order it adds the inspection images page to the work. These are things the sales guy made a point to take an image for clarity on instructions or a particular item to the homeowner in his estimate and signed quote. This really helps improve communication to our crews. This way the right item gets removed or stays on the roof, or special details pointed out. It also saves me a lot of time not having to go into our photo album and repeat the process.

customer type box for color choices
When a customer Signs our "Contract" I want to be able to have a box that is required to be filled out that the customer would type in their color choices for roof, siding, gutters, etc... These items are crucial to have all in one spot for transparency and to cover ourselves due to discrepancies after install. This is a huge NEED

Be able to call all Contacts directly from the job (not just the primary contact) from the app
Currently, WHILE USING THE APP when there is more than one contact attached to a job you can only call the primary contact directly from that job (not the secondary contact). There is a work around which would be to go into "Details" and click on the secondary contact and call from there. However, the problem is that then the notes from that phone call store under the contact and not the job (we are aware to relate the contacts and then when in the job click the “related” button and from there all notes from any attached/related contacts or…

Set appointment reminders in calendar
The current calendar does not allow setting appointment reminders even thought it merges with Google Calendar. Being able to set reminders 30 min, 1 hour, 2 hours, 1 day, etc before a meeting is important.

Job view - customization of job creation
when creating a new job a lot of necessary fields and custom fields are not showing up. Is there a chance we can get a feature that lets us customize the job view depending on our necessities?

Request for a link when in a contact to click back to the Status
Request for a link when in a contact to click back to the Status. For example, we’ll be working on contacts inside of a certain status, and we need to click back to that status, but the only option is “Go to board” which resets our progress and we have to click a couple more times.

An independent contractor/sub section with settings (similar to existing contacts, but specific to contractors). What this could entail....
Enter all contractor contacts through this process. Allow you to add data fields specific to contractors without conflating this information with customer data fields.

Create "trades", under jobs, that are able to be tracked in a Gantt chart.
Things right now are split between contacts and jobs. If you added a "trades" section that ties into the parent job, that ties into the parent contact, that would be ideal. A person calls, we add them as a client. We create a job to provide an estimate for what the client is looking for, and for the sales team to see where that lead goes. At some point the estimate is approved and "trades" are created. If the estimate was for roofing, siding, windows, and gutters then four trades are created for the production team to follow. Creating Multiple Categories for Job Fields
We have alot of commercial and residential clients and we use the Job Feilds as a template of questions for our receptionists ask during job creation. These question normally only apply to residential full replacement customers so we just have to type a note for commercial clients. It would be great to be able to create entirely different templates in Job Fields for each different job type.

Ipad App Crashing when inputing line Items from template
Ipad App Specific bug.. Increase the "Estimate Details" field to full screen while using the app.. Currently it is a pop up in center of the screen, if you accidently click the left or right sides outside the pop up, it will close the pop up and erase all data!

Data should be organized around the building address, not owner name
Which is more likely to change, a building address or a building owner?????
In some industries, it makes sense for the data to be built around a person. Not in our industry. The data should all be built around the address. You can still "relate" several buildings to a single owner.
JOBS can be completely eliminated if you use the building address as the "PRIMARY KEY" field. This is the one field that won't change.

Canvassing Features
Nimbus already uses a map feature with geo-tracking. What our company needs is a way to track, tag, and document any addresses that we have canvassed in the past that are not necessarily customers yet. We need this feature so we can coordinate our canvassing efforts within a given area, and to know which properties we need to revisit, what happened when the sales rep was at the door, etc.
Ideally, we would be able to change the "status" of these location pins based upon the interaction, e.g. if they weren't interested, or if they are a warm lead, or…

DNC (Do Not Call) List
The Do Not Call (DNC) list is very important for marketing and business purposes - as if you call a customer on the DNC list, you would be fined MAJOR amounts. Our company got pinged for calling customers on the DNC list, which amounted to over $1,000,000+.

Leads vs. Jobs - Keeping Marketing & Operations/Production Separate
I propose that there are two separate numbers for "Jobs" - one for new leads coming in (a separate lead number), and once the job is sold, then converting that lead into a job (with an assigned job number).
The way it's set up right now, any sort of job card that gets created is automatically a job, which doesn't allow me to communicate between leads/jobs. I need to make these job cards in order for Analytics to track what leads came in, but the "job number" automatically assumes that the job has been sold - messing up our job…

Contacts estimate covert to Jobs work ordere
We currently use contacts and jobs. We use contact to store the customer's information and communications. Also, the estimate is used in contacts. Once the estimate is signed off. We create jobs to manage the production. We would like to see if we can convert the signed-off estimate in contact to a work order in Jobs.
This could be really helpful since the material order is also done in Jobs.
