You can use Email Templates to add signatures for each user when sending emails from either the Add Note feature or when sending automated emails.
Direct email signatures per user from their profile is still on our development list but this is a great workaround in the meantime.

An error occurred while saving the comment Not only would this allow us to better control our equipment losses- something that all contractors/restoration companies struggle with, it also allows us to have a clearer ability to do effective billing. If we can add the equipment, mark off the days as they get added to the invoice as it goes along, this will be a huge help
The greatest option would be to allow barcode scanning the equipment; this is a free available app feature, and would save us tens of thousands of dollars per annum in lost and unbilled machines.

Perhaps in a more global comment, none of the user added fields are searchable. The great advantage about being able to add your own fields is somewhat dulled when they remain static and unsearchable.
