We want to officially support Change Orders soon, but in the meantime most JobNimbus customers are using Work Orders to manage this work.
As for folders, you can vote for that specific feature here: http://jobnimbus.uservoice.com/forums/136212-general/suggestions/6066331-folders-for-attachments
Alternatively, you can use File Types to act as “folders” for your attachments. You can manage your file types by going to Settings > File Types and setting different ones, essentially what would be “Folders”, and then you can use those “folder” names (or file types) to filter your Attachments list based on those “folders”. It actually works pretty well if you have it set up right.

Would this be for providing emphasis on certain products/services, or certain aspects of products/services? Do you have examples that you could share with us, or specific cases where this would be useful?

We were looking at other options for similar softwares like Builder Trend due to the inability to track and have reports on invoices and change orders. Having somewhere to be able to input invoices that we receive for materials and being able to use a "budget" or the price we sell a job for and being able to track expenses like labor, materials and overhead costs and have that be updated as we input expenses or the opposite if there is a change order and our work scope gets increased would be extremely helpful and would make us remain with Job Nimbus long-term.
