An error occurred while saving the comment Sammy Jo Lee commentedOften, we do a lot of different kinds of work for customers. We create these estimates for the work from the job, so we're having to create multiple estimates for the same customer. This often confuses the customer and they would much rather be able to have one estimate. Especially becuause a lot of the time when the estimates are split up, the customer will withold payment on one type of work until another job is completed. This is why it would be great to be able to divide an estimate into different sections based on the type of work.

Currently each item on the calendar is colored according to the assignee, but we always exploring new ideas and ways to better represent the information on the calendar.
In the meantime, you can use icons in Task Type and Contact/Job/WO workflow settings to help distinguish between different types of items on the calendar.

We need this desperately as well! As of now, duplicating an estimate really has no use unless you are needing to adapt an estimate within the same contact. It would be great to be able to duplicate (make a copy) of an estimate and relate it to another contact/job. This would make the duplicate feature much more useful. Having the saved templates does not work for everything. It only works when you are continuously doing the same thing, but we have such a variety of products, the saved templates is not that useful, but the ability to duplicate an already created estimate and relate it would be extremely useful!
