Sorting functions on Company, Team, Groups, Access Profiles
Ability to use Alphabetical sorting functions on any of the headers in the Company, Team, Groups, Access Profiles areas with the option to sort Access Profiles by least restrictive to most restrictive.

Terms and conditions on separate page
Would be nice to have the ability to have the Terms and Conditions of the estimate printed on a second page. The estimate would look much cleaner having the terms and conditions on the reverse page or second page rather than having the terms and conditions immediately after the proposal.

Edit Contact/Job Option under Access Profiles
It would be great if we had the option to block the edit option from users under "Access Profiles". I want some specific users to have access to a specific contact/job, but I do not want them to be able to edit the contact/job.

Reset Job Number
Would like the ability to reset the Job ID numbers. For example, they now have over 10,000 jobs, and would like the keep the ID number to 4 digits, but since they have over 10K this creates more then 4 digits in there Job ID number. They just want to have the Job ID number (with only 4 digits) and the year.

Estimate Automations - condition around workflow type
The ability to place a condition on an estimate automation for the workflow type.

Maintain existing workflow on parent records when an automation with multiple status change actions on it gets triggered
Improve automation action capabilities so that two or more status change actions that occur in different workflows can exist on the same automation, without them conflicting and some times changing the Contact Type or Job Type of the parent contact or job record to a different workflow.

Alphabetize Fields
It would be nice to have a way to alphabetize lead source and other fields similar to it. Currently, we have to drag every input into alphabetical order.

ability to filter automations
I ultimately would like a cleaner way to see all the automations. so the ability to filter through them. Like seeing by who is assigned or jobflow or status as examples.

Job Automation With Ability to Change Type, Not Just Status
Warranty jobs go in the warranty workflow, but sometimes they end up not being warranty. This means the type/workflow needs to change. Our sales reps only really change statuses, not the workflow/type, because it requires extra time to open the edit box. We need to create an automation that changes the type/workflow based on a status in the warranty workflow that triggers this change.

Contact Automation With Ability to Change Type, Not Just Status
This is needed because it is not possible to create a job automation with a parent contact Type condition. My workaround was going to be to have the parent contact of the job change to a status that is a trigger status to change the contact type (so the use of both a job and a contact automation to accomplish what we need).

Groups
I would like to be able to assing automations based on a position instead of a specific person. i.e. Create a production group, assing the people handling the production aspects, and update the members when we have new hires or fires, but that way we only have to update who the member is instead of remembering to go into each thing an indiviudal is assinged ot and update that where you will end up loosing the previously assinged tasks.

Access Profiles - Notes
Access Profiles should include an option to control whether a user can View, Edit, Create, or Delete Notes. There was a situation where one of our users editing an existing note that had important information on it earlier that can no longer be recovered. If we had a way of specifying in the access profile how much access a user has for notes, that will help prevent this from happening in the future.

Have the ability to pull a report that shows pricing changes on all products. (So we can have accountability and keep track of when pricing was changed on the back end)

Make Subcontractors Invisible in Tasks
Make a way to deactivate them from the drop down menu in tasks, but keep them showing up in the subcontractor color on the calendar.

Limit who can create boards
Limit the ability to create boards even if it is marked "just me". We do not want team members to create boards for themselves. We want them to stick to a process.

Add time-based automation option for lack of activity
Add condition option to have time-based automation trigger when a contact/job has not had any records updated, not just tasks.

Show more than 10 items when searching products and services when creating estimate
Show more than 10 items when searching products and services when creating estimate. Example, 14 products and services saved with dispatch in the title. Only 10 total will show when clicking "see more" even though more exist.
