Cleaner Calendar Blocks
If a task has multiple people assigned to it, it should only show up as one block on the calendar and then list the people that are assigned to it. Instead of having 10 tiny blocks that flood the calendar for one meeting that everyone is in so we can't see what is going on because there are so many blocks for the same task.

Tasks on Calendar
It would be great if when tasks are created, either individually or through automation, they could be selected whether to show on the calendar view or not. Many tasks that we like to have are more so a check list and reminders, not appointments or day-specific, so they greatly clog up the calendar view and distract from actual calendar items like appointments. While we can filter them out within JobNimbus, when using Google Calendar or others, this isn't possible.

Schedule initial appointments during Job creation
It would be useful to be able to schedule the initial appointment when someone calls in and we're creating the job. Potentially with the ability to see what the calendar currently looks like for the sales rep.

Ability to place a Job on hold
It would be great if we can place a job on "Hold" status within our system. This could keep the Job in the same Status, but maybe gray it out on the Job Board so it's clear the Job is stalled. Move these to the bottom of our Board list.

Color Code Map View
Currently, when you click on "map view" it just displays a bunch of red markers on the map. It would be very helpful to change these markers to the color that the user is assigned to in the calendar.

Add Sales Rep Phone number in Email Template
When creating automated email templates. You can add the contact sales rep at the bottom for a signature. You can not add their phone number though. Please add option for phone number.

Ability to Add Notes to Tasks on Mobile
Currently on mobile app, with tasks, we have a description field. But, we need the ability to see notes on the task and be able to input notes as well like how its possible in the web browser.

Make Calendar view adjustable.
How about making calendar view adjustable? You know, so you can see the whole month without scrolling? Right now each week is super huge, one size fits all-sort of deal. Or perhaps being able to scroll through months instead of just to the top/bottom of individual months? That would be pretty cool.

Work Orders Sync on other Calendars
Can you work on having Work Orders sync to integrated calendars. We can only see work orders on JN calendars, why not be able to visualize them on Outlook or Google calendars similar to tasks?

Board view of tasks
right now, it is very cumbersome to keep an overview of your tasks. It would help a lot if we could have a board view of our tasks, just like we do we jobs.
Right now we are using Trello, as it allows us to turn email messages into tasks and keep track of them in board view. If this functionality was available within JobNimbus, we could assign those tasks to projects and customers and team members.7 votes -

Options for Printing Calendars
User would like to be able to select a calendar date range and export it to a PDF or print.
Currently when downloading the PDF, it only shows the calendar. Nowhere does it indicate the month or year.

Linking to Google Maps
We would like to link to Google Maps for scheduling sales reps/pre-walks/and installs with the map to map out their days.

Calendar list view (vertical or horizontal) of each team member with the respective jobs/tasks
Option in JN to allow the calendar to list each team member as a line item with their jobs/tasks/etc next to them.
