Mailbox for @jobnimbusmail.com email, or more forwarding options
There should be a way to check email coming into the @jobnimbusmail.com address. sometimes emails don't forward properly to the forwarding address, and I would like to be able to somehow see all the mail in that mailbox. Either a mailbox type view, or more advanced forwarding options would be great.

If-Then programming within templates
It would be very helpful to apply If-Then programming to template fields within a template in order to customize the text for the specific customer. For example, a customer may need an old fence removed before installing a new one. I could have a custom Boolean field for "Remove old fence?" If this is checked, a sentence would be included in the template stating "We will remove your existing fence." If it is not checked, then the sentence is omitted. This type of programming is available in other software using similar template fields.

When copy and paste to an email, it does not match the style that is set in the Template, even in the slightest way, the email looks not professional.

Company Announcements
Something the managing team can do, but create a company-wide announcement that will not only be emailed to the recipients but also show up in some type of banner at the top when logged in until closing it out. Would help to bring awareness to upcoming company events, shout outs to outstanding performance or company wins, happy birthdays. Or bring attention to other important team events. It can help to really bring the team together.

Choose who gets reply notifications
It would be great if we could choose what users should get reply notifications. As of right now, only the sender receives notifications when a contact replies to an email.

Spell check!
I think that spell check and grammar check would be CRUCIAL in emails to the customer. I type Fast, and sometimes I may miss a letter, or may not have the proper grammar for certain sentences and second guess myself if it sounds professional.
I would LOVE the opportunity to have those apart of my services so I don’t have to copy and paste my templates to my Microsoft word to get that benefit before I send out a professional email that reflects directly on my business.

Be able to add PDF's to email templates for automations
We want to add a PDF to our welcome email template for an automation, but we're not able to. I'd like to be able to do this.

Ability to Save Emails as Draft
When creating an email I would like to be able to save it as a draft in case there are any unforeseen system errors.

Respond to customer reply notifications and have it delivered to the customer automatically
When I receive a notification from JobNimbus that a customer has replied to a message I sent, I want to be able to reply to that notification, and have my message delivered to the customer as well as sent to the JN account without having to add the customers email address in the CC field

@metnions visibility
Should be able to see the @mentions on the desktop version like a feed where the tasks are. I can turn on and off Contacts, estimates, invoices, My tasks, there should be an option to see @mentions and then clear them after you have read and taken care of it.
