Make a Payment Button in Body of Email
I would like to have the 'make a payment' button that appears on the invoice when using JobNimbus Payments to also appear in the body of the email.

See Attachments in Email Thread
When a customer replies to an email that contains an attachment, there isn't an easy way to see what the attachment was in the original email other than to go find the original email. There should be a way to see the attachment name in the email they replied to, but it changes the attachment name to a random string of numbers.

Templates for Each Note Option
We need the ability to add a full template to each note option. For example, when you select from the drop down, we would have an option for "NEW LEAD" and then in the note section a template would populate to fill out with an outline of what information needs to be taken and questions to ask.

Reply to @mentions via email
Add the ability to reply to @mentions by replying to the @mentions email notification instead of having to go into JobNimbus to do so.

Email Notification Changes
I would like to make a suggestion regarding the way customer emails come in from Job Nimbus. It is far too easy to get the notification of a job nimbus email and by the time you scroll to the bottom, it's not obvious that it's a job nimbus notification and if you're even a tiny bit distracted or busy it's very easy to accidentally reply from your email, which ends up looking like you've responded to the customer but in actuality you've just emailed job nimbus, and it's only apparent when you click on the view thread button in the…

Allow embedded videos in emails
Create the ability to embed a video into an email. For example, on a welcome email it could be a video of our owners thanking them for working with us and a short introduction. I think an embedded video would perform much better than a hyperlink that most people won't click on.

Ability to add Subcontractors to Text Automations
Can "Subcontractors" can be added to the list of people that we can send a text message to in Engage? I was trying to create an automation that sends our Subcontractor a text message, but they are not an option to select. Currently there's only Assignee, Sales Rep, Customer, or a specific team member.

Forward phone calls to the Assigned person's number
Right now, phone calls can only forward to a single number. I'd love to have the option for phone calls to be forwarded to the current user assigned to the conversation.
Our goal with engage was to consolidate all communications with customers to one place. However, passing all call-backs straight to the office at all times has been frustrating for our sales representatives in trying to close a deal. If I could choose to forward calls to the assigned user, this would really help to streamline communications.
