    We'd like to be able to have 1 or more customized tabs with predetermined filters for activity.
    Also- if you could reset the default number of items to display on a single page- that would be nice too.

  3. Read Receipts on Sent Texts

    Would like to see when a text message is Delivered vs Read. This helps us to avoid wasting time chasing leads that are ignoring our communication and lets us hold everyone accountable.

  5. Forward phone calls to the Assigned person's number

    Right now, phone calls can only forward to a single number. I'd love to have the option for phone calls to be forwarded to the current user assigned to the conversation.

    Our goal with engage was to consolidate all communications with customers to one place. However, passing all call-backs straight to the office at all times has been frustrating for our sales representatives in trying to close a deal. If I could choose to forward calls to the assigned user, this would really help to streamline communications.

  8. If-Then programming within templates

    It would be very helpful to apply If-Then programming to template fields within a template in order to customize the text for the specific customer. For example, a customer may need an old fence removed before installing a new one. I could have a custom Boolean field for "Remove old fence?" If this is checked, a sentence would be included in the template stating "We will remove your existing fence." If it is not checked, then the sentence is omitted. This type of programming is available in other software using similar template fields.

  14. Custom Subcontractor Notification Emails

    it would be useful to include some customization options for the notifications my subcontractors receive. I don't need them getting marketing links, and I'd prefer to be able to add some custom text when I send them a work order or task.

  20. Accessing Photos Related

    The photo sharing features need improvement. When a customer sends us photos via JN email, even from within the job, i cannot always attach them to the estimate. I think all photos related should be accessible in the photos tab, in estimate attachments, and everywhere else a photo is used, even if it's to the contact or another job by the same contact. Please help! This is taking so much extra time to download and re-upload every photo!
