Allow embedded videos in emails
Create the ability to embed a video into an email. For example, on a welcome email it could be a video of our owners thanking them for working with us and a short introduction. I think an embedded video would perform much better than a hyperlink that most people won't click on.

Ability to add Subcontractors to Text Automations
Can "Subcontractors" can be added to the list of people that we can send a text message to in Engage? I was trying to create an automation that sends our Subcontractor a text message, but they are not an option to select. Currently there's only Assignee, Sales Rep, Customer, or a specific team member.

Would like to see when a text message is Delivered vs Read. This helps us to avoid wasting time chasing leads that are ignoring our communication and lets us hold everyone accountable.

Forward phone calls to the Assigned person's number
Right now, phone calls can only forward to a single number. I'd love to have the option for phone calls to be forwarded to the current user assigned to the conversation.
Our goal with engage was to consolidate all communications with customers to one place. However, passing all call-backs straight to the office at all times has been frustrating for our sales representatives in trying to close a deal. If I could choose to forward calls to the assigned user, this would really help to streamline communications.

If-Then programming within templates
It would be very helpful to apply If-Then programming to template fields within a template in order to customize the text for the specific customer. For example, a customer may need an old fence removed before installing a new one. I could have a custom Boolean field for "Remove old fence?" If this is checked, a sentence would be included in the template stating "We will remove your existing fence." If it is not checked, then the sentence is omitted. This type of programming is available in other software using similar template fields.

Ubuntu Software/Apps library
Hello...
I have just installed Parallels for Mac. I have Windows 11 and Ubuntu both working and am very happy with the whole set-up. However, I must be missing something. I have a separate Linux desktop with the same version of Ubuntu. On the desktop, there is a library/catalogue to install new apps etc that when selected download and installs, I cannot find it on the Parallels version. How do I find, select and install new programs?
I have tried installing via terminal for example Enpass (a password manager) with...

NY's Penn Hotel
Sad but true, New York's Pennsylvania Hotel located across the street from NYP and connected by an all weather tunnel to the station is being torn down. It was used for years by Amtrak passengers visiting NY. Hotel was built in the same style as old Penn Station (also designed by McKim Mead?) and was stately. It was also the home of the phone number made famous in the Glen Miller song. Believe for a few years it was also known as the Statler and also the Penta.
