  1. notifications on the tabs for each contacct

    if I upload documents or photos to a contact, I can't tell they have been uploaded without actually looking.

    The tabs: activity, documents, photos, etc. should have a number next to each one so I can see with just a glance if there are any items in that section.

    Example:

    Activity (10), Jobs (0), Tasks (0), Documents (4), Photos (59)

  2. When sending an email to a contact/job, the email would open to a full window page.

    User would like if the email screen would allow you to create an email on a full page rather than within a small window tab.

  4. attaching douments to work orders

    It would be very helpful it we could attach files to the emails that go out when emailing the work order from the work order screen. It would also be helpful if we could add to the default email or change the wording when sending the word order as well. In all honesty it would even be great to do this with a material order as well. I know you can attach photos on the work and material order itself, which is nice. Sometimes the photos are so small the person receiving them cannot see what they need to.

  5. Subject Line in Share Link

    Add a Subject Line field at the Share popup Menu box to enable Team members to include critical Share related subject line information.

  7. email tracking.

    Our last [free & terrible] CRM automatically tracked all incoming & outgoing emails addressed to or from an email address on one of our contacts. This way, the whole team could all see & read all emails along with time stamps for any contact. In JobNimbus, things are slipping through the cracks because people on our team are constantly forgetting to open JN every time they send or receive an email so they can manually create a note containing what was already written on the email. Please, please add this feature! Thank you.

  8. the ability to text customers and texting templates.

    We would really love to give our customers quick updates and reminders to their mobile phones through a text message. It would also be great if we could create these texting templates like we would for a document or an email, and have fields that can auto-poplulate with contact field information.

  9. Display pictures in Email

    It would be really great if the photos and documents that were attached to the emails actually showed as icons in the email threads instead of links. This would make identifying pictures at a glance easier.

    Currently what you have to do is download every image you want to see in order to view them. This makes discussing claims with insurance cumbersome.

  11. Thread or conversation feature on Job/Contact activity section

    Feature to reply to a comment posted in the activity center. When lots of ppl are working on a job or contact the activity section gets congested. Being able to have a single thread that you can reply to would help organize the activity section.

  12. Replies to automated emails

    When someone replies to an automated email the reply is just added to the customer/job from which the automation initiated.

    It would be great if the replay was also sent as an actual email to preferable the Sales Rep or Admin.

  13. E-Signature through email natively through JobNimbus

    This is our single most requested (and pain point!) item from a technical standpoint. It's 2019, virtually every CRM platform has the ability to offer E-Signatures through their platform to sign estimates.

    Having to ask clients to print and scan or take a picture of their signed estimate is terrible and bogs down the process. Not to mention comes across as unprofessional and behind the times in this day and age.

  14. Status of sent estimate emails (i.e. Opened..)

    Automation emails show if an email has been opened like so:

    "Status: Opened"

    Can this tracking feature be add to all emails sent though JobNimbus? Importantly, the sent estimate templates? This would be very helpful.

  15. Live Chat Room Among Users and JobNimbus Employees

    I wish JobNimbus had a Live Chat Room where Users and JobNimbus Employees could come & go, read questions that are posted and get instant help/feedback from colleagues.

    Maybe, JobNimbus could create a Yahoo chat room easily?

  16. List attachments in chronological order

    When emailing a customer and I go to attach a document, they aren't listed in chronological order. This makes finding files so much easier!

  17. Insurance Claim # Integration in Emails - Feature Request

    It would be really nice to have the option to send adjusters emails with only the claim numbers as the subject and then have JN recognize it and associate the claim number with the appropriate job number. Not sure if there would be a way to have it as an option when sending emails but I have had a couple of emails bounce back because of the other items in the subject when sending to claims departments.

  18. Email recipients should include "Assigned To"

    When emailing a work order, I should be able to select whoever the order is assigned to from the recipient list.

  19. Create an Inbox or View of Emails Sent to @jobnimbusmail.com account

    The customer would like the ability to have an inbox or some view of emails sent to @jobnimbusmail.com account. Only workaround is to create a custom activity report to view these, currently.

    Ability to view emails to our jobnimbus mail address with no job # tag in the subject line

    have had several clients receive emails from me from within JN, then instead of replying, they copy our jobnimbus mail address and send to me with no job # - we never see those emails, they get lost in the interwebs...are we missing something or is there a…

  20. A mail delivery failure notice if an email is sent to an invalid address or bounces.

    This is more urgent than general read receipts for financial documents because an unknown failed email can put us behind in our work or cause us to lose jobs.
