  1. Use claim number as customer / job number. Allow us to change the job number

    This would be awesome for subject lines when sending an email so you can send emails to carriers and auto tag the claim in the subject line.

    It would eliminate having to uncheck the box that adds the customer/job number to the subject line.

  2. Ability to Access Company Documents On Contacts/Jobs & When Emailing

    At present, we can create an email and attach photos or documents, but when we need a Company document we have to upload it each time to each Contact/Job that needs this form also. If Company documents selection were enabled, it would be great.

  5. End-of-Day/Summary Report Email

    I would like to have the option of receiving a summarized email of all the tasks my team performed with the results etc.

  6. People Picker in "Other Contacts" Field When Sending Email

  7. Form Field in Subject Line of Email Templates

    While current email templates have form fields, which work very well, it would be nice if the subject line was also able to automatically generate when the template is used (and it use form fields)

  8. Setting To Automatically Attach Certain Attachment Types on Email Templates

    When you create an email template, give the ability to automatically have the related job/contact attachment type attach to it without having to manually attach it once template created.

  9. Forgot Attachment? Alert When Emailing And Mentioned Attachment

    If attachment-related words are detected in the subject line or body of an email and user sends without attachments, show an alert for user to confirm if they meant to attach something or to send anyway.

    Include words for attached, attachment, etc.

    Basically, what I am asking for is that when you go to send an email and it has certain key words regarding an attachment that if something is not attached when you go to send it will give you a warning message stating an attachment is missing. At that point you can either choose to go back and…

  10. More Notification options for Tasks

    If multiple people are assigned to a task, it would be helpful for them all to be notified when tasks are completed. Perhaps add additional notification preferences to the My Info section.

    • task due dates updated

    • task activity

    • subtasks added (even if not assigned directly to you)

  11. Less branding on system emails or ability to modify them

    The system Emails call to action for JobNimbus and NOT the subscribing Company info. This should be reversed to not confuse customers and subcontractors receiving these messages. People know our company but they don't know JobNimbus and it is way too heavy/confusing on your branding.

    Could you let us know which emails are sending with branded information? There shouldn’t be any JobNimbus-branded emails going to customers, and I believe we only mention JobNimbus on some emails that are sent to subcontractors.

    Please let us know and we can adjust that!

  12. Ability to Select Attachments From Related Contact/Job When Emailing

    I want to be able to send my sub-contractor an email with an eagleview report from multiple other contacts that are my customers in JobNimbus as attachments. I can see the eagleviews under my sub-contractor's "Attachments", so long as "related" is checked, but when I try to send a note (note type: email) to my subcontractor and add the eagleviews by selecting "attachments" in the note options, I have nothing to chose from.

  13. Autofill email addresses

    When you are sending an email out of Job Nimbus you only have the option to select the subs or contact that you assigned to job. If you are adding someone else you have to look up the email address elsewhere. It would be nice if this field would function more like outlook or gmail by auto filling as you begin to type the name or part of the email.

  14. Subcontractors Option When Sending Email

    I think a great when creating a note-email to have the option to choose the subcontractors for each Job to send an email

  15. Email Notifications within JobNimbus

    JobNimbus is so great at handling emails to customers and their replies, that I'd love to bypass our own email service entirely. Going along with the ability to reply directly (as per another thread), it'd be great if there was a way to choose where you want to see emails.

    One method might be that emails replied to and sent back to JN would show up like a task (or perhaps have their own Dashboard area) that could be customized (customer, job, subject, attachment icon, date/time, reply, assign (to another JN user) etc.

    This could make managing the email funnel…

  16. Email from our own domain

    We seem to be having a lot of customers complain that they do not receive our estimates or emails. Often, we can coach them through searching for it or checking their spam folders. But in certain circumstances, this turns up nothing even though the emails are marked as "sent" in JN.

    If we download the estimate and resend via our own email service (gmail with our own domain, in our case) they have no trouble. Could we have an option to send our emails with our own generic email address as the "sent from"?

    This is somewhere we want to go. In the meantime, delivery, open, click, and spam rates have remained steady for a while and we haven’t noticed more issues than previous. We will try to work towards adding a full email integration, but in the meantime downloading and sending from your email address and using the BCC for your JobNimbus email can help mitigate these issues when they arise.

  17. Email Integration Extension for Chrome/Gmail

    Email integration through an extension in Chrome/Gmail to allow emails to easily be attached to a contact by searching for the contact by name through means of a drop down menu button within the external email browser.

    This would eliminate the need to forward emails by means of subject line editing and forwarding to the JN email. Our customer have expressed that are confused as to who the email is coming from when a few of our personnel are replying through JN--as these replies us the same JN email, not our individual email addresses.

  18. Email inbox - an Email Tab to view emails sent and received

    It would be so helpful to be able to view all the emails sent in one location, instead of having to track it by each job/client. I could imagine a tab on the left that shows all the emails sorted by most recent, where you could also view if someone replied.

  19. Attachment Type selector on the "Share" page

    When sharing a job file with the customer they get to see our public notes and attachments. HOWEVER, like most restoration contractors there are several hundred photos attached. Digging through those photos to find documents is time consuming and frustrating. Can you add a drop down for file types like there is for the log-in users? Photos, documents, estimates, etc.

  20. Text Message (SMS) Notifications

    Many other CRMs and Project Mgmt software have the ability to choose SMS text messages as a form of delivery. This allows those in the field to get the message instantly without having to log into the mobile app or their email.

    Update: Mobile 2.0 allows you to send text messages on a job or contact and captures those messages inside JobNimbus as a note. This can help to achieve similar results, though not automated just yet.

    You can turn on Push Notifications to get notifications sent right to your smartphone or tablet. It’s better than email for some team members and better than texts since it can go to every device regardless of the SIM card (or lack thereof).
